    I have been know to swear in front of my boss....no problem there.. And I vaguely remember Cheney and Bush both swearing by accident in front of the media. Your morals are not mine. The word FUCK is not a bad word handed down by God. Its designation as a bad word was imposed by man and then incorporated as an offense to God later.     This thread was brought to Bonfire from Women's Corner. There, the purpose of the thread was to debate the name of the boogie, but the conversation evolved into the general use of swear words and having children at the DZ so it was brought here. I have absolutely no problem with children if they are well-behaved and their parents are able to educate them as you do. However, I will not (unless I am specifically asked) tone down my language just because some parents decided to bring their children to a place where you have to be 18 to participate. By you comments, I can see that you know where the responsibilty for raising a child and teaching them what values you hold dear lies.

    While supply and demand are a HUGE part of it, there certainly are PLENTY of political reasons why we have not switched faster. There is a good reason why oil companies employ so many lobbyists. Until they can figure out a way to make alternatives cheaper AND control them, they are going to keep pressing politicians to stay with oil. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome.     I am pretty sure there are no diesel hybrids yet. However, there ARE diesel cars which get 90 mpg (The Lupo, a VW car in Europe) that are extremely clean. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

    You must have missed the part where Chris said that he is not longer attracted to the girl. They are just old friends now. My current girlfriend is also good friends with her boyfriend from 12 years ago. I couldn't care less.
