Yeah, I did three coats and used about 3/4 of a can, like my rigger told me to. He also told me to cover up the steel. It will not damage it at all, but it does mean you have to clean the scotchguard off it later. With the leftoever, I scotchguarded my freefly suit I just got.

Of course. Then again, what I find extremely interesting is that this committee has the power to look into ANYTHING they want. And what do they choose? Steroids in baseball. Very important to the nation. So much more important than JUST ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

Usually every weekend, and as can be seen, I list each one. Why? Because, pertcentage wise, each one of my jumps is a greater part of my total skydiving career. In my low jump number world, 170 is NOT 200.

CARB (California Air Resource Board) has been one of the most active forces in the country in forcing change. Not always good change. Sometimes it appears to be change for the sake of change. BBQs and wood burning fireplaces are under review or control. Off road vehicles have been severely affected. These are the kind of nuisances that can piss people off. Meanwhile millions of cars continue to pollute along. Well, that is exactly what I oppose. Seriously, wood burning fireplaces and bbq's? In California? That is the wrong idea. I just went to his sites: k-ks.com The address used there is in Jenison, MI A google search of kiaeneto reveals 3 pages, k-ks.com, kiaeneto.com and this page: http://members.fortunecity.com/kiaeneto/software.html Which is a site to buy guides on how to hack as well as fake credit card numbers. The address for this site is in Grandville, MI. The distance between Jenison and Grandville? 1.6 miles This guy is a scam artist. He is hoping to get more money by saying the item is involved in a death. Luckily, it is backfiring. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

You lumped money spent on alternative energy research with the money spent on global warming research. To any person reading, it would sound that you are saying that we have spent too much money on global warming AND alternative energy. You never made the distinction that the 3 billion spent on that was better than the 2 billion spent on global warming. I am sorry if I misunderstood, but you did not explain it very well either. Please, obviously, you chose not to even read my last sentence. America spends a ton of money on war. No matter what President happens to be in power. Period. That is what I said. If I wanted to bash Bush I would not need to be sneaky about it. I put that it was not about Bush for the exact reason that someone would think I was Bush bashing. I should have realized that it would take it that way anyway. I don't care what president is in power, we need to spend more on alternative research. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Kyoto aside, spending money on alternative energy research is not silly. No more silly anyway than spending billions on war anyway. That is not a slight on Bush...American just spends alot on war, no matter what president is in power. As a corrolation: So, because it is expensive to research into alternative energy, we should stop? We should stagnate and keeping using oil and coal until they run out then? Okay lawrocket, ya lost me. A few posts back you said that the Kyoto treaty was not enough and that it was Bush's fault. Now you sound like you don't believe there is a problem. I just need some clarification on what the hell you are talking about. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing. -
I have dual screens. And some days I have both screens filled. At 2560 x 1024 resolution. But with tabbing in Firefox, my taskbar has been reduced in clutter. Oh, within Firefox itself, I have anywhere from 4 to 12 tabs. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

Climate Group: Kilimanjaro a 'wake-up call'
GTAVercetti replied to Darius11's topic in Speakers Corner
Oh, let me clarify. I was refering to the average person (ie some posters here, the guy on the street, etc). There are people who have no stake in industries that do the polluting (of course, I do not know if some posters here are in thse industries or not) who ADMANTLY oppose cleaning the enviroment or slowing air pollution. If they are not monetarily involved with destroying the air, why the opposition to cleaning it? Of course, we could argue about taxes, job loss and an economic ripple effect that would eventually lead back to someone indirectly, but I have a feeling most people do not think in such large terms. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing. -
It sounds like you have lost sight of the fact that it is supposed to be recreation, not a contest trying to prove how big your di*k is. Sparky Nah, you misunderstand/I didnt explain well enough. i dont focus like that because it is a contest to prove anything, for some reason I take offense to that suggestion. rather, I just dont want to screw up a jump that 4 other people payed 21 dollars each for. Im not trying to "prove" anything....I just like to do well. Well, I have been on NUMEROUS jumps that I or someone else screwed up. The important part was that we all had fun in the screwing. Jump that way and it never gets old. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing.

This is not directed at billvon, I just picked his to reply to. The thing I do not understand is even if you do not believe in global warming, despite the facts, why would you NOT want to reduce pollution? Maybe you think global warming is a crock, but you cannot tell me that the smog levels in cities like Mexico City and the consequent health problems are. I just don't understand why anyone would actively opposed cleaner air and less pollution when we know it CAN be done. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome. Thank you for noticing. -

Does this logic work in reverse as well? Then how is it Bush and Regan's fault? You know, this is a point I am fascinated with, but unfortuantely am at the office and time-limited to terse responses. Hopefully this thread is still alive later to continue the discussion. I never said it was their fault. However, Bush has done a fine job of NOT HELPING and reversing actions previously taken. The fact that we have said no to the Kyoto treaty is part of the problem. But I am getting away from what I mean to say. I am not trying to turtn this into Bush bashing. I was arguing against your response that since we do not know definitively, we should do nothing. My response was that we DO know something about CO2 and other emission and from that we know what we can TRY: reduce them. plain and simple. Why yes, my license number is a palindrome.
