  1. I had one via text message... 'so what was your favourite childrens program when you were younger? I liked Thunderbirds' Steve replies, 'yeah Thunderbirds was good but I always had a special place in my heart for Stingray' THey didn't take long!
  2. Well... all the cool people are going. You can either choose to be cool or not No pressure
  3. Haha, well I think the press conferance says it all really. Guy who should never have been on the streets commits an armed robbery, is pursued by police, police officer is killed for his troubles and then the media blame the police suggesting that they had no right to chase the offenders anyway. Crazy
  4. Looked like a wall with some rather nice pointing
  5. At last someone with the guts and intelligence to stand up and say what needs to be said, shame it cost a life before it was done... http://mfile.akamai.com/12948/wmv/vod.ibsys.com/2006/0728/9591734.300k.asx Seems to reflect the views of people both sides of the pond. Its not the police or the prosecution service that lets down the justice system, its the sentancing and seemingly no brain orders made by the judges.
  6. Moi (obv), Andy Copland, Tony (Shropshire) & your good self have already booked the flights so we are guaranteed. Few others expressed interest... Anyone else interested? Let us know
  7. Makes me feel sick everytime, gotta love those fucked up welsh bastards! And the weird London guy thet drinks anything!

I hope his health insurance covers funeral arrangements
  11. You are spending a lot of time talking, but no time answering my questions. Do you consider that constructive to the debate? Why are you here? I would like to raise you one irony point please. If you recall this... UK sentancing sucks and therefore this... Land fit for criminals I fucking love irony too

    Week from hell

Haha, rather you than me! I can MIG but thats it
  13. It's not really ironic. This has nothing to do with self defence which was what was being discussed in your trolling thread. Plus there isn't any irony because you never made a point, you just posted something. Clearly my point is that sentancing in the UK is very lenient.
  14. domainnames.com its $9.99 a year.. that is until it gets really popular and has lots of traffic
  15. I dunno, upto you. It was there and I can't imagine it'd be expensive.
  16. Look what I found available... www.lildz.com
  17. Erm, I'd probably say 15 or 16 and you get adult access. You'd be jumping at that age (if you really want to keep it inline with the DZ) and socialising anyway. Certainly 16 is an age in the UK where you are no longer considered as a minor in the eyes of the law, you can be tried as an adult for example. Difficult to please all but I think thats sensible and knowing kids they'd typically only talk to similar age groups anyway unless its to make fun of each other! No PMs and I guess a no posting email/MSN/ICQ addresses in posts rule too. Bit griefly to organise it all I'd imagine but thats my thoughts!
  18. I say yeah, as active forum members. A police forum I go on has 'junior' members but they have restricted access. Like can't access the equivalent of the bonfire and cannot fill out any profile information or receive PMs for safety. Maybe have their own space in the communtiy section?
  19. Yeah, man that sucked. I did my first AFF at 18 but I consider myself an old head on young shoulders adn having a healthy fear of death and injury is always a good way of keeping yourself from doing stupid things. If the 15yr old 100% understands the risk and that its down to her, noone else is responsible for her (regardless of what law says), is physically fit enough, copes well under stress then go for it. I think at that age it really is on an individual basis, some 15 yr olds I wouldnt want near a road let alone jumping out of an aircraft. Others, however are great, just think of all your favourite racing drivers, they were all youngesters when they started, much younger than 15.
  20. Thats quite scary, I have a wings myself with RSL and being a new jumper no doubt me and my buddies will be doing stupid things with the excitement of jumping with each other. I've heard a few horror stories about RSLs. I don't want to re-ignite the age old 'RSL or no RSL' debate here, I'll research it doing a search but its food for thought definately. Glad your alright, sounds like a pretty shitty jump all round
