Big canopies? Pah, im getting me a Stilleto. They penetrate through wind nicely *JOKE* Don't worry, landings are the most frustrating and scary part of the jump for me. I am struggling still although I don't think the F111 canopies with ridiculous numbers of jumps on do much to boost your confidence with flaring and 'flying the canopy til you've landed'. Can't wait to jump my own gear and as using same kit all the time really learn how to fly it with assistance of a canopy handling course naturally

New wings container, Pre-owned but never used Maverick 200 reserve, Used Silhouette 210 main with 60 jumps on it, still looking for AAD though. If you hear of one going cheap let me know.

Yeah definately mate. Just need to ween my way down on the rental gear first as my canopy is quite small for newbie and do FS1 then we can all bump into each other in the air legally!

Got it mate now time to use it! I can't wait. This rental gear been as uncomfortable as hell in a heatwave with numerous demons being paid overtime to stick red hot pokers in my back.

Hey to all who care, finally got off sstudent status today. Got final 2 consolidation jumps and a qualifying jump completed today. Yes I did buy the beer! I guess this means no more stand downs when the wind is over 15 knots anymore
