Barry Switzer. Possibly because he's a freaking nut job, JMO. They do have a building named after him that houses some football memorabilia. Basically a little museum. So, if i count correctly, that makes the SEC 1-1, and the (weak) Big XII 4-1 so far. Just an observation

Pssh, whatever. That just means they're unoriginal. Don't even get me started on the upside down horns! And for the record, the OU stadium is called Gaylord Stadium. No shit.

LSU just intercepted. I'm loving this game.

Well, I'm probably not the norm here, but just to add another perpective.. I've never had a relationship that didn't last at least 2 years, usually 3. I just don't tend to get involved with things unless I know I really care, that's just my style. Well, in the case of every past relationship I've ever had (which amounts to 2) I've gotten in contact with the ex about two years later. Once by my impetus, once by hers. It's a cathartic experience. In one instance we got together, went out to BFE and burned our collective memory boxes. It wasn't that we wanted to get back together, it was just that we wanted a bit of closure now that we had fully moved on. To me, that sounds normal. I'd say go hang out with them, you might just be glad you did.

Recovery disk program within Win XP home edition?
Lindercles replied to sundevil777's topic in The Bonfire
hmmm, this gives me many ideas, and many more questions, all of which I'm just going to deal with later. In other words, as Chris Cowden would say, PM sent. [/hijack] -
That sight is actually really interesting. After reading some of the other confessions, I think i would, i'm just not sure what I would say. The great part is, it can be anything. My favorite from the sight is "Whenever I'm in an uncomfortable situation I find geometric shapes and angles in the things around me to comfort me"

That's actually a really fabulous picture. Particularly the top left and bottom right corners.

Recovery disk program within Win XP home edition?
Lindercles replied to sundevil777's topic in The Bonfire
Ok, that's interesting. So here's my question: I have a 12 gig hard drive on which I keep my OS (XP Pro) and nothing else. I also have a 160 gig hard drive on which I keep all my files, as well as all my installed programs. I have my OS hard drive backedup onto my 160 gig hard drive, but not in a separate partition. Would it be advantageous to repartition my 160 to give the 12 gig backup its own partition?? -
clicky

Walt, you actually backup the whole drive once a week? How long does that take? -
Recovery disk program within Win XP home edition?
Lindercles replied to sundevil777's topic in The Bonfire
Oh, I see. The program they may have been talking about is the Backup Utility, which is found at start/programs/accessories/system tools. that lets you create a backup disk. but i've never used it, so i can't comment on how well it works. -
Recovery disk program within Win XP home edition?

you can access regedit without entering safe mode, too. just click start/run and type regedit. then click file and export to export your registry keys, which you can then import later. but that only backs up your registry. -
Recovery disk program within Win XP home edition?

I know XP Pro automatically creates a restore point everyday, I believe Home Edition does too. You can find the System Recover Utility in the start menu at start/programs/accessories/system tools -
Did they come and interview you at home? That's just freaky.

I completely agree with rl and walt. However, if you do decide to go through with it, just remember that if it's not on video (and posted on dz.com) it didn't happen.
