    They've been known to happen, especially at sunset. I've seen them done more at San Marcos than at Temple, but then again I've only been going to Temple for a few months. However, given that it's a boogie weekend, I'm betting you can get a crew of people to do pretty much anything you want.

    If you let it, a .45 could kick you a couple of feet on Earth. With the decreased gravity on the moon it would probably get you significantly further. Of course, you run into the problem that the bullet might go all the way around the moon and come back and hit you.

    For the record, I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't think of myself as having "left" San Marcos. I just don't jump there much anymore and I have another place I really like. It's still a really cool place and I have many friends there.

    No matter which place you pick you're going to have a good time and make some cool jumps with cool people. As was mentioned before, San Marcos is significantly closer and has $17 jumps. But Temple has $18 jumps and every 50th person to manifest is free. And a PAC. And, of course, both places will have lots of beer. Good luck choosing! Maybe you should consider one day at each DZ.

    Because if you tried that you'd either go nowhere at all, or in the wrong direction. You'd be better off just pointing the tanks in the opposite direction and turning them on.
