What the hell.... Years ago when we were first married I thought I'd impress my wife Nora with my culinary skills by doing the cooking. (It was my first time cooking a turkey.) Hell, how hard could it be? It comes with instructions!! Let's see...blah blah oven temp, blah blah minutes per lb...ok, I got it, piece of cake!! A few hours later it was done and I gotta say Julia Childs would have been proud!! And yes she was impressed (as was her mother who we had invited over) right up until I carved open the turkey....only to reveal that I had FORGOTTEN TO REMOVE THE FRIGGIN' BAG INSIDE WITH THE NECK & SPARE PARTS BEFORE I COOKED IT!!! Oh well, I was gonna give my 2 cents but after reading through all the posts it sounds like a few are on the right track & you are in good hands with Marks. Yes ladies, do your man a big favor & take this advice. Don't flame me girls, it's ok, I just got back from seeing it with the wife. The skydiving scene is right at the beginning of the movie, after that I got up like I was ready to leave, you should have seen the look I got!! Don Don Here's to friends!

The prices of that stuff @ the theatre is F*@#% outrageous, thanks for the reminder. I think we're going to the movies tonight or tomorrow. Whataya seein'?? The new Bridgette Jones movie starts tomorrow & the wife wants to see it sometime. Today being Veterans Day I just wanted to say thanks for a great job!! I know there are a lot of you DZ.commers who are vets or are in the service now. So--SOUND OFF!! Who are you, when did you serve, what did you do while you were in the military? Same for you guys & gals who are currently in the military. Me, I was in the Army from 84-87 as a 63B (light wheeled vehicle mechanic). I'm trying to keep it simple so this doesn't wind up in Speaker's Corner. Anyways, just wanted to say thanks guys!!
