I work on our transit police vehicles all the time & after repairs have been made it's procedure to take them on a road test. What a blast!! We have Crown Vics, Tahoes, Suburbans, K9 units, marked, unmarked, you name it. It's funny to watch people's reactions when you get behind them or pull up beside them. Funny story...one day I was road testing a fully marked C/V on the Beltway in the far right lane, just cruising, when I notice the minivan in front of me all of a sudden start braking & trying to get on to the shoulder. I was cursing him & saying "What the hell is that IDIOT doing?" when I see EVERY F*#@G light of the car I was driving reflecting & blinking on his back hatch!! My elbow had accidently hit the switch!! Flipped off the lights & gave him the "Sorry Dude" wave & took the next exit ramp. Don Don Here's to friends!

Have you made any?? It's that time of year again & I was wondering how many of you have made them for 2005. Do you do it every year? Multiple answers are allowed, feel free to give your thoughts on the subject & share yours for next year if you so desire. Happy Holidays!!!

That sucks, I feel for you. One of my best friend's wife is getting laid off from AT&T after being there for 15 years. I think he said the 17th is her last day as well. Even worse he works for American Airlines & needless to say isn't feeling too secure with his job these days either. Hang in there. You'll move on to something better!!

That reminds me of the scene from Grumpier Old Men where Grandpa is hitting on Maria's mother in the produce section. "Come on over to my place & I'll show you my man-sized manicotti" Don Don Here's to friends!

There goes the neighborhood.......... Just kiddin'!! Woo-Hoo!! Welcome to the area, I think you'll like it!! One of the downfalls is traffic is a MFer (especially this time of year) but you get used to it. There's plenty to see & do around here & several DZs to choose from. Welcome to Virginia!!!

That's funny!! We took my 65 year old mother-in-law to see Bad Santa when it first came out. OMFG!!! Don Don Here's to friends!

I just bought a few gallons @ the Shell station by my house (Springfield) & it was $1.99.9 ($2). I usually wait until I'm running on fumes then drive 10 miles to the Mobil in Woodbridge where it's usually 8-10 cents cheaper. At these prices 8-10 cents adds up over time, especially with a pick-up. Don Don Here's to friends!
