So even in this one post you’re claiming that you’re 1) completely satirical and 2) almost entirely serious in everything you’re saying about Hunter and Joe…. But if anyone dared to disagree with you it must be that they don’t get your jokes. Which are only jokes a little bit, because you also mean it. Anyway, nice diversion from having to admit you were totally wrong about the thing you’ve been banging on about for months.

In the bit that’s as large as three buses? Helium, probably.
-
??? It says we have to deal with the product of past ills. It’s the anti-woke who don’t want to solve anything. Why are you saying things you know are absurd?
-
I wonder what it’s like to be so devoted to discussing politics, yet so out of touch with it you’re unaware that Trump is officially running for President?
-
Where did you look?

Errm, literally any amount of time can be counted in weeks. He had them for a lot of weeks. Only a few weeks short of multiple years, in fact. In a clubhouse open to the public.

“I want you to do me a favour though…” We’ve been waiting since then. What have you got?
-
But not ones that Warner and Rubio have. You can't have it both ways, and at this point I'm not sure which part of this you're confused about. "Hunter Biden in 2011 offered to “provide Alcoa with statistical analysis of political and corporate risks, elite networks associated with Oleg Deripaska (OD), Russian CEO of Basic Element company and United company RUSAL,” Direct quote from your source. Where's the intel? BTW, the NYP in the same article that revealed the above email also attacks the supposed 'deep links' that Hunter Biden has with Russian oligarchs. So why does he need classified intel to be able to sell info on Russian oligarchs if he is personally deeply connected to those oligarchs? You guys are fucking hilarious.

“Generally I'm cool with going along with whatever makes them feel comfortable, but draw the line at it being mandated. That's the 'woke' part of the equation to which I object,” So then you, errm, don’t object to any part of wokeness. Except for the bit you very specifically are not claiming is happening. That’s the bit you object to. Figures.

Wait, what? So lemme get this right - if a biological female demanded that you not refer to her using male pronouns (in other words, asks you to call her exactly what you would normally call her) you would refuse? If there was any more evidence needed that the only cause of the anti-woke crowd is the determination to be rude out of sheer spite…

“impeachment and removal, Senate advice and consent to appointments or the ratification of treaties,“ These are specifically Warner and Rubio’s jobs, are they?
-
When known trolls post video links, said videos rarely get watched. I'm surprised you couldn't put that together.

Haaaaaaahahaha!

Then it would only be fair for Americans who comment on Canadian political and budgetary affairs to be fined the same. How much would you owe by now, do you think?
-
Just out of pure curiosity, and feel free not to answer, do you now carry a gun with you in the shower?

You’ve reported that several times already. Given that you approve of rewriting history for any number of other reasons it’s really strange that this one has got you so worked up you can’t even remember what you’ve been ranting about.
-
It’s a shame you don’t know the difference between entertainment and history. It’s even more of a shame that you specifically exclude ‘it’s really racist’ from the many, many reasons you find it perfectly acceptable for the film industry to stray from absolute historical fact.

I think in the US specifically public fetishisation of the police is one of the big enablers. Historically the police have had no incentive to clamp down on brutality because in the land of the free the majority of the population has always found a reason to approve of cops beating down an unarmed man. Even in this case there will be plenty saying he brought it on himself by running. Unions and very strong employment contracts don’t help but as you say they’re an issue all over the place. In the scandal wracked Metropolitan Police (London) right now the chief has admitted that there are violent and predatory officers on desk duty because they can’t be trusted to interact with the public… who he’s not allowed to fire.

Which, again I stress, you are generally OK with. Just not this particular Eastasia.

As the Russian Duma votes to keep its members tax affairs confidential, there's plemty of the same going on here. Nadhim Zahawi was briefly Chancellor of the Exchequer last year (in charge of all the nation's money including revenue), while it now turns out he was negotiating a massive tax settlement and penalty for non payment with the revenue service. So 20 years ago he founded a company, and every single one of his shares in that company were registered as belonging to Balshore Investments, an offshore company run by his non-domiciled father - both things that provide a clear pathway to UK tax exemption if his father actually owned the shares. Then, when Zahawi sold nearly thirty million pounds worth of shares in that business he decided not to pay any tax whatsoever on the proceeds until HMRC noticed and said 'hang on - that actually belongs to you and now you owe us a lot of money'. Now that it's become public Zahawi is pretending that it was all a completely innocent mistake, as if trying to cheat the nation out of millions of pounds in tax was not the entire point of the corporate structure he chose in the first place. Bonus points - at the time he repeatedly threatened to sue anyone reporting the absolute truth that he was under investigation over unpaid tax and facing a massive penalty. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-64410490

They don't mind changing them for respect and courtesy reasons, just like you approve of changing them for entertainment reasons.

We’ll always have Parabellum.

Biden also will not because of the (IMO ludicrous) US policy of not holding sitting Presidents accountable to the law. Another thing that makes all the right wing moaning about why Biden’s house wasn’t raided by a SWAT team all the more hilarious. Ask any of them 6 weeks ago if there are any circumstances in which a current President’s house should be raided by law enforcement and they’d have laughed you out of the building.

People are allowed to disagree with you. If you could drop the self absorbtion for one moment you’d notice his opinion came across quite clearly.

Why do you think that anything you personally find remotely offensive should be withdrawn from view?
