The T.V. stated he became ill after horrible sanitary conditions while he was held up inside his compound for so long.

I was not impressed with it at all. It showed the same group cliff base in norway about 100 times and the thing only lasted 20-30 minutes. The only cool part in there was the Leonardo triangle parachute that they jumped from a balloon. It is ok to watch and I am gonna keep it for the collection, but I would have rather bought something else.

Ok first this semi-junk camera is only for ground filming. Now that we got all that out of the way the camera is a Sharp VL-nz50u with a 27mm lens filter. I am looking for a lens that will give it that wide, sporty look to it while filming swoopers and other stuff. I know it is a cheap brand that uses a not as popular 27mm ring size, but there has to be something out there for it that will work. I found this, but I am not sure if it will fit http://www.adorama.com/RXDVR5000.html It says that it has 37mm mounting threads and includes. 3-adapter rings 27mm/30mm/30.5mm included. I also found this on e-bay E-bay and this E-bay2 do you think this would give a ok quality? Also can you put a circular polarizer in front of a wide angle lens to help with sky/cloud/jumper contrast? I am almost clueless as to what size angle to get for good ground shots, so if anyone can find one that they think will look good in a 27mm thread please post the link. I am so thankful for the help in advance.

Replace the battery OFTEN. I had mine die on me in freefall when I turned on the backlight due to a sunset load that turned low light. The battery indicator showed full always, but all it took to make it die in its stage of charge was the backlight to come on. It was only 3-4 months old. The batteries are cheap I plan on changing them every 3 months no matter what from now on.

If you do get a pair get the stiff ones. There are swift water fins that are damn near hard plastic. That would fair well and remain rigid in the air instead of flopping around. Plus when you land they are stiff enough to walk in instead of bending and flopping.

Dont send your gear until you have the funds in your bank account. Ask the teller to make SURE it is good funds before you ship it. This might take a few days. Try to use pay pal that goes through bank accounts and credit cards that might have some sort of buyer/seller protection. If it smells fishy It is a WHOPPING TUNA run like hell with your merchandise.

Think if it was not connected and the passenger fliped out in front and on their back. On a hook up side note why do TI's and passengers connect or stay connected until 1k or whatever their dz's policy says. It seems like it would be a delay in a emergency situation to have to hook up and exit. I over heard once that if it is over regular diver emergency exit alt, but not much higher the TI and passenger ride it down no matter what?

One of the 3 or 4 contradictions to using a defib is mass trauma. The others are drowding, and if the person is under a certain body weight. What your trying to do in a heart attack situation is make the heart stop fluttering(it flutters so fast it does not actually "Pump" blood) in order to do this you have to restart the heart with a electrical "reboot". The problem with mass trauma v.s. a heart attack is that in a mass trauma incident you are trying to restart the heart when the heart is not the problem. The problem is caused of v-fib was not the hearts fault I.E. a severed spinal cord that stopped breathing which caused cardiac arrest, ect. A defib could not help you in this situation. Also there has to be a "CERTAIN" heart rhythm in the patients heart before it will shock. You cannot just hook it up like in the movies and push a button with the new automatic defibs and shock someone with to electrical activity in the heart (a-systole) -
HEll yea. I am waiting on all the hollywood types like Sean Penn to make good on their word and move the hell out of the USA!!!

I laughed my ass off watching the results last night. As the results got close, then turned towards sour for kerry a "special report" came in that the DEM. lawyers started fileing lawsuits over the "long waits" at the voting places. Like a fox wating in the woods to jump on a wounded rabbit in the path, only to find out it was only his shaddow.
