Ok so I lost 25lbs in a month so far(got to help the fall rate) I started back jogging, and it feels GREAT! I noticed one thing tho. Back in the day when I ran I would get "shin splints", now I don't. I took off jogging and went through my neighborhood, and figured ok that was probbaly good enough to start out. When I measured the distance the next day, it was over a mile without stopping no problem! I diddn't even realize I had gone a mile, usually I breathe harder, or get pains. When I jogg I keep my head up and arms beside me and more pulled back. I relax every muscle in my arms and hands, and just concentrate on pace and breathing. If I start looking at the ground infront of me I start to get the burn in my shins. I immediately bring my head back up and look at the tree line, and they go away. I figure when I lean forward it puts more weight on the front of my feet, and shins. If you suffer from them, you might try it and see if it helps you. I am so excited I want to go all the time, but I know you have to rest and let your muscles rebuild every day or so. What is ok, jogg 2-3 days in a row and take a day off or what? Can't wait to get to my goal weight!!! WOOT WOOT

I was dancing around trying to not get into the details of a sensitive subject. I will not talk about it any further. The last thing I am going to say is that it just looked funny to me, and not in a comic way. It for all I know it may be real, just seemed off.

Over the last 7 years in my line of work yes I have seen plenty of dead bodies, beheadings, dismemberment, burned bodies, 2 week old drownding victims, electrocutions, falls, run over by cement truck, crushed by 2 rail cars, homeless man cut in half by train, and a man that I had to dig out of 2 feet of mud after his tractor flipped over on him and crushed him. I once sat for 45 minutes bagging a man with no face, and only a 1/4'' tube going into a mess of bloody meat to know what it looks like. More than enough for everyone on DZ.com. I know he was beheaded, and that he is dead, and it was caught on tape. All I am saying is the video I watched looked real iffy. Real video, fake video, poor video hell tricks with mirrors, I really don't give a crap. It just did not look right.

I saw the video that is out there too. I told my wife I thought it was fake. NO DOUBT the man is dead(RIP), but the video looked fake as hell. You know when there is something in your head saying this just doesn't look right. The way the people moved, camera angles, audio, and the body part. Everything did not look the right size, and move the way it should. If it is real, it is just a really bad camera job, or I got a hold of a REAL fake. Where did you borrow the mt-xx from? How much do you weigh? I jump the same rig, and sometimes get the slammers you talked about. I do not pack yet, but I watch before to see how it feels when I jump it. I have jumped both propack, and flat pack. I prefer to have it flat packed, but it depends on how much roll the packer put into it. The other thing that helps is to have the legs straps really tight, and try not to "stand" into the straps while the canopy is opening. I try to keep a more sitting position, and I find the straps does not put as much force on the inside of your legs. That is where I usually get the burises. It can get really good openings, and really hard slammers(I once broke lines), just have to find the right combination of pack job, "tricks" on whatever type you use, and deployment position. I am in no position to tell you how to do anything being a student and all, but the MT-XX is the only rig I have jumped so I thought I would tell you what works for me.
