Well, though I've never met her, her super sweet, fun personality comes across in her posts. She was the first to say hi to me here and I'd bet when I meet her in person I'll adore her. I pay to jump~ I don't get paid to do it. But I can tell you, teaching anybody anything is a low paying job. Fortunately for us students and newbies, you guys forget about how much you are paid, and let compassion for us and passion for skydiving take over. I know my instructor was under paid, since I was a special ed skydiving kid! Thanks for letting the passion for this great sport rule and forgetting about the salaries! Sorry girls...Men, can't live with 'em, can't kill 'em... There has gotta be hope, though, my son is growing up to be one heck of a nice young man. Just gotta keep him away from those awful girls. He kinda, sorta has a girlfriend. The only piece of really good advice I gave him was to never forget, girls are the enemy! Funny how your view changes when you are on the other side... Chris, A full recovery! My God, my heart dropped when I read the title and I don't even know you. That is wonderful...And in the grand scheme of things 18 months is the bat of an eye. And I know it might not be a popluar opinion around here but if you are looking at living life and never skidiving again over not living life at all, well... And the realy great news is your gonna get both, in due time. Think about the full recovery and savor the time until you get there. I am sure there is lots you can due, its just gotta be relaxing stuff, right? But that is easier said than done. So, I'll send up a few more prayers

So you felt making that attractive face would be a good idea? If all of your friends jumped out of ariplanes would you go do it? EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW! I am pretty sure my parents NEVER did that. But I was at my grandparents house one night. They were in their 80's I was about 20 and my Nana had been really sick so I stayed at their house to help out. After washing my hands I walk back into my grandparents room and squirt some lotion on my hands. Being really young and not too bright I asked my Nana what kind of lotion it was cause it was the worst hand lotion I'd ever used. She laughed and said "Your grandpa get in these moods..." About this time I pick it up and read the bottle...It's KY... DOUBLE EWWWWWWWW! Your character will ultimately determine your destiny.
