No matter how cold it is where you are, there's always somebody who's in a colder spot! Unless you are the coldest place on the planet; someone has to be. The Edmonton International Airport registered a wind chill of -76F right about the time that global warming conference started in Copenhagen.

Yep! It is here too, and the lake behind my house is just about frozen over too! It takes at least 36 hours for sub-freezing temps to make that happen. And it's gonna get worse this weekend with temps dropping to single digits. When the fuck did Alabama become Canuckistan? Serves all y'all right for stealing our hockey players.

Socialism at its worst. In this case it should be noted that although it was "in a village" it was in an 80km/h zone. Around here anything less than 2x the limit is not considered serious. 3x is really bad.

I think he should achieve his policy goals by the method that yields results. That said the GOP should crucify him for not being as open as he said he would be. It was naive/disingenuous of him to promise it and he should be taken to task for it.

It is hard to argue with success, but that fake punt was not good football. They faked a punt from their own 32 in a tie game during the fourth quarter. essentially they bet the farm on black; the fact that black came up doesn't make it a smart call.

yes it has, years down the road, if i remember correctly on a vector tandem. killed both - and that is where all the panic concerning passengers and handles originates from - imo of course I also know of one anecdote where the pax grabbed the cutaway handle but the TM prevented them from pulling.

I prefer them on a tandem rig as contorting my back to slip on my leg straps with 50lbs load is uncomfortable. I would not have them on my personal rig.

The hornet is an older model canopy very similar to a Sabre I. It flies and lands very well but, like the Sabre, can open very quickly if packed sloppily. It would be a fine wingsuiting canopy.
