yes lots of places have coaches that are willing to jump with you for $$$$$ A tunnel coach is also a very good and probably better option to improve your flying skills as you can have instant feedback and correction. My favorite coach has been Chirs Irwin http://tunneltime.com/ or go see my Buddy Suga Ray Kubiak out in Eloy before the end of October or see him in NC at XP. We have separate savings account at a credit union in my wife's name only for security reasons both personal and buisness wise. My checking/savings account is for my "allowance" the joint account is what everything is paid out of and even though my name is on it I have never accessed it and pretty sure I have never wrote a check on it. My wife is the bookkeeper/accountant for all our buisness and for the family so if there is something I need to know she tells me.LOL We use my "allowance" for dinners and treats/rewards for the kids(me included), guns an ammo, skydiving those types of things. I won't be out on Friday but Brian the DZO has great rental gear as it turns over fairly fast so it is nearly new depending on what you jump. It might just be in my head but I didnt like the zpx pilot. I gave it back and ordered a straight zp. I have two pilot 188 and will have a third when I get around to ordering my new demo canopy with out company logo on it. I love the canopy. I didn't care for the pulse at all when I demoed it. I love it an don't want to live any place else. you will have 4 seasons all the hunting you could hope for and you can be fishing someplace within 15 minutes of most anywhere you live. Best of all you will be lving someplace that by next year 1 in 5 residents will either be carrying a weapon or have the right to carry a weapon. I love living here. Sure there are areas in Salt Lake City to stay away from like any major city but we are still nothing like the liberal states you mentioned. Oh and we do have two nice DZ's to jump at. Please post the decision tree and where in that tree THIS decisions falls in and I will gladly STFU but until then that canopy was not square and the lines were not straight..No need to go farther down the tree. That to me is pretty fucking black and white. As to using examples I am sure there are way more examples of these malfunctions turning to shit to low to cutaway and I bet the ones you stated above were because they flew a malfuncting parachute so low that when it went fuckall they were already dead. This was in the desert near his mom's house. Not an indoor range, not and outdoor range but the desert with a mountain behind it and the only gun being fired was his Cricket.

Sounds like the two of you have something great you can share :) We decided early that with him being around guns in our home, his grandparents home and his mothers that he needed to learn early. When I take him out shooting I almost never shoot myself. He gets my full attention he is only 5 after all. He is also very lucky as his step father is a county Sheriff and his grandpa is a an old Oregon Logger from the hills who has taught hunters education and firearms safety forever. Between us all there are lot of guns and gun cabinets and safes. While there is no way to judge if he really knows the consequences at his age he does have more understanding and respect then the average 5 year old if he happened to see a gun at a friends house that wasn't locked up. One of the things we talk about all the time. You see a gun not locked up you run and tell an adult. Which where he lives is a real possibility. LOL and this is why I put it in here. The decibels his cricket gun puts out is less then the Gamo pellet gun. I am 100% ok with him shooting it with out ear plugs. Safety glasses are always worn when we go out and if I'm shooting wears a very nice set of headphones but I wasn't shooting just him and his cricket gun. Call me a bad parent for not bringing his glasses but millions of folks grew up shooting without them and I made a judgement call sue me. I'm not a TI so i could be wrong but I'm pretty darn sure you were all taught the same 3 S's but if your taught to land a passenger with 2 of the 3 failing then please share were that is taught. As for the price of fun jumpers tickets going up because you have to hire compentant Instructors instead of meat haulers please explain why you as the manager of a DZ justify that. How about don't hire people with poor judgement and you won't have to worry about getting sued?
