I think the interview went well. Now we have to see what kind of feedback I get later this week and if the offer enough $$$. It seems that the job market is picking up. There are more consulting positions and more companies seem to be looking to hire permanently. I hope to get out of this consulting thing soon. The money is good; but, it's not steady enough to make it worthwhile. The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.

Congrats!!! My dad tells me being a grandparent is much easier and more fun than being a parent. He says you get all the benefits and very few of the problems. Jessica, I hope you feel better soon. {{{VIBES}}} As someone with experience with three incidents with multiple broken bones I can feel your pain. This will get better everyday. You may have some setbacks; but, in the long run these will be small. Keep your spirits up. That's the most important part. At least you can post whore here and order your friends and family around. I love my family and I missed them very much. I'm lucky, we actually like each other. But it was still nice to just have a simple day together and do what we wanted to do. When I told some people today that we stayed home together for Thanksgiving, they felt bad for me. I laughed and told them that I love Eva and we just made a nice happy day together. I guess they can't understand that it's nice ot be different sometimes. The only time you should look down on someone is when you are offering them your hand.

You have to love the old timers. I have a friends whos grandfather used to ask all our girlfriends to come sit on my lap. I loved him he was a dirty old man and he knew it. With conflicting schedules and distance separating us I was not able to spend Thanksgiving with my family. I truly missed them; but, I had a great Thanksgiving anyway. My girlfriend and I had a naked Thanksgiving dinner of Turkey Chilli, rice and some Turkey stir fry. We lounged in bed until almost 1:00 PM, watched football together and did not have to deal with any traffic. I called everyyone to wish them happy thanksgiving and now we are about to relax with some wine and a movie. It's really nice to take some time to truly relax and be with that one special person. I'm thankful for my family, my girlfriend and friends. They support and help me in many ways. When I thought about leaving my job two weeks ago, my girlfriend told me to quit instead of working on somthing that I do not believe in. My dad told me that if it compromised my morals then the money was not worth it. I quit two weeks ago and I have found that I feel much better. I can hold my head up high. I'm happy that I have the respect of my forme co-workers and peers. I will never support anything in which I do not believe. Be it my country, my religion or my family. I was taught right from wrong by my parents and it has stood by me well. For that I am thankful. I'm thankful I had a place to vent too. Mike, I don't know you and I've never jumped with you; but, if you did that for me, I'd be very grateful. Probably buy two cases of beer and a few pizzas for everyone. If the guy is not smart enough to want a recurrency jump or two after 11 years off, he's obviously not smart enough to know when people are looking out for him. I would just chalk it up to expereince and let it pass. If I ever have the opportunity, I'll come jump with you guys.
