Ya know- I totally bug the hell outta ole Chuckie! But I gotta tell you guys this.. . . . . . . A little background info first: I have this Mentor Program thing that I do. It is where I pair (or try to) an experienced skydiver with someone that needs a little help. This can be a student or low numbered jumper, etc. I discovered a trend that we have. Its ... that sometimes ... you dont really want to come out with a question that you may have. My God, please ask somebody!! Please.! There are no stupid questions in skydiving. We all know its the question that you DONT ask that makes it stupid. (this goes for all of us) It can be that your instructor cant communicate well with you. This is difficult. There are teachers in this world and there are those who try really hard. And too, for people new to the sport, you have the skydiving lingo to deal with. Most new people dont know all the meanings of the words that we use. SO... I ask experienced skydivers to swing by and introduce themselves to my buddy who is learning at the same DZ. Have a beer and talk about whatever. And it works really well. We all gotta give back to the sport every once in a while. Everyone remembers a time where we didnt know who to ask about what.

If you want the total best its a Firefly. The will make it for the kind of flying you are going to do, as well. They take into consideration you body size and etc. But for you Dave, you might not want to shell out that kinda cash. Bubble has some good stuff, but not real sure about it. Tony has some FF suits and I must say this... I have 2 Tony FF suits and I am hard as hell on mine. These suits have been thru the wringer in a big way... and have held up. My blue and teal one -which you see me in the most and I have crashed, broke legs, off airport landing on my knees, on my ass 100's of times and nothing, not a ripped stich. Now one of the seams is coming undone. But compared to what I have put the suit thru it should have desingrated long ago. I have the two stock suits seen on their website. The space suit that is red and checkerboard, blk and wht and the blue and teal. I am telling you there is no other way to test a suit. Just put me in it. http://www.AirAnn.com Ugly Girl #6
