Gold Coast is a dropzone that I really wanted to go to last year for the toadsucker's boogie. Due to a broken leg (sorta), i missed out. I called yesterday, bought some jump tickets for this year's festivities. It really sucks when dropzone have to deal with this sort of garbage, I know it'll all turn out well, it's good that they do have the support of the skydivers! I found it funny, since he asked me in the back of the plane to ask the pilots to hold the other end of the streamer. AND THEY DID! ya there's a couple of websites. I'll post them on here just in case anyone else is interested in checking them out. This one is good for food insight: http://www.nutritiondata.com/ It has a lot of food on there, and even some fast food resturants as well. Doesn't have chinese food though (i had some yesterday, was trying to figure that out), but most other stuff. This website tells a lot about exercising, and calories being burnt by doing different activities (post whoring isn't an option though) http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.html The activity list is long, and very good (well I think it is). Well the one thing that I have just started to do, is watch my calorie intake. I try to keep it on the lower side. Assuming that you burn 1500 calories of 'normal' activities, then do the exercising on top of that. I try not to eat more than that, then the exercising on top of that helps. I also haven't cut EVERY BAD thing out (since i know i'll go back to chocolate and beer...), but just cut down on it. It seems to kinda be working for me. Last week I also started a log book on what I was eating every day, with a calorie count next to it. That way when you "cheat" you feel bad (at least I do). There's a few good websites out there that have tons of information on calories of foods out there. That's how I'm starting to do it. This week was a bad week for me, but I still managed to go down 2 pounds. These ideas may sound crazy, but i THINK they work. I'm not positive, but seems to be doing well for me. As for your husband, that's a tough one. My boyfriend is thin, it's ridiculous because he barely does anything during the winter, but manages to not have to worry about losing weight like all us NORMAL people. It is tough in the beginning to not give in to having a beer with him, or if he's having ice cream at night or chocolate, or whatnot, but if you can manage to do that a few times, you slowly build up the will power. At least I have anyway. Or maybe just cut back slightly. Just some ideas. Hang in there, you're making progress, that's what's real important. You can do this. We all know you can!

Thanks for the encouragement. lol, I almost didn't go on the scale today. I knew it was going to be bad! It's just one week, it's all good!

Of course! Actually yesterday I started ice skating lessons by myself (no big deal), I was talking to my mom later on, and she was shocked that I was taking lessons by myself. What's the big deal? Well, this was a bad week for me, and I knew it also. Especially when I decided that 9PM was a good time to eat dinner, consisting of pasta, and potatoes. Gained 3 pounds Hopefully, I'll stop doing that. Of course this week I was pretty sick and couldn't go to the gym monday or tuesday, and with the storm this past weekend, it didn't help hanging out with friends drinking beer, wine, and cheesecake! NO MORE STORM!!!

There's also a shirt i've seen recently with the symbol of "pi" on it, with 4 thousand some values written in the pi itself.
