    +1. Especially when they can blame their decisions on "Stockholder pressure." That's the most insane thing about all of this. The approach for years defied basic economics. You don't go after the supply, you go after the demand. When a businesses cheapest option is threatened, they will do anything to try and save it.     Yes. There are large numbers of US citizens on government assistance because they can't find work. If we stop illegal immigration, those on assistance currently can take those jobs or choose to not take the jobs and no longer be on government assistance. If the agricultural industry, (let's stop calling them farmers as the majority of the ones using illegals are at minimum subsidiaries of large corporations), can't get US citizens to work for them, they have two choices: 1. Increase pay and improve working conditions to attract US citizens. 2. Invest in automation. Both will be added expenses and will increase food costs. To attempt to offset, current agricultural subsidies could be redefined and focused solely on healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.     Throwing the bullshit card here. Tell them in person, you owe them that. Even if they explode, it's the last time you have to deal with it unless you have children or joint assets.     ***I'm not a big fan of the H1B. To get those Visas, the company has to prove they can't find a citizen to do the job. They get around this by making a bunch of really lowball offers they know will not be accepted. Then they can go cry about not being able to find a skilled worker and they need the work Visa. Salary should be considered a criteria for H1B consideration. If they are unable to find someone for market rate for their area +50% they are able to get an H1B. "We don't want to pay what an American worker would demand" is not a criteria for H1B. Let them threaten to offshore.     Are there any other parts of the Constitution you don't believe in? As stated earlier, it's a Constitution interpretation as when it was previously challenged, there were few, if any, illegal immigrants.     They *could* but they haven't, and no case is pending that would lead to a reinterpretation. Depending on what the President tries, Congress may initiate a bill to test it.

    If it's by traffic type, that's one thing and while the increased priority is mostly paid for by the big companies, all that are sending that type of traffic benefit. Ex: videoconferencing Apple, Google, and Microsoft may have each paid to increase prioritization for FaceTime, Hangouts, and Skype respectively, but Bob's start up videoconferencing company, which may revolutionize the industry gets that same prioritization. However, if the companies were only paying to increase prioritization of traffic from their own site, not only is Bob basically shut out, but the ISP can then also make these companies pay higher and higher fees if they want higher prioritization than their direct competitors or "punish" companies if they stop paying.     Are you referring to traffic prioritization by data type? Yes, to maintain QOS, this is done and needs to happen. The concern is prioritization by source or destination address. It's perfectly acceptable for streaming video packets to receive a certainty priority, what's not acceptable is prioritizing Hulu traffic differently than YouTube, Netflix, Xtube, etc. Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.

    That's one thing that needs to change first. If you're here illegally and have a child, they're illegal too. Could even revoke citizenship if parents are still illegal. That way not splitting up families.

    They kind of did the same thing with Trayvon Martin. Kept showing pics of a younger Martin than what he really was at the time he was killed. Part of the reason for that was as his mother had sent him off to live with other family, didn't have a recent pic. Was Mike still living with his mother?     That presumption came from decades of crime and the neighborhoods fighting the police instead of helping them clean up their neighborhood. This particular incident, and certainly the citizens actions in the aftermath, do little to change that. It's a two way street. While there's always going to be lies by known accomplices and family members in denial, it doesn't mean the entire community has to go along with it. The first ebola case of this outbreak was a 2-year-old boy who died on 6 December 2013 in the village of Meliandou, Guéckédou Prefecture, Guinea. In a typical recent year there would be some 28,000 gun deaths in the USA in the period since then. There have been fewer than 5,000 ebola deaths worldwide. Of that 28,000: How many were with legal guns and legal gun owners? Still can't understand why associating deaths from a biological virus to an inanimate object.
