Like I said in an earlier statement, how do we not know that this kid hasnt already slept with half of his neighborhood. People seem to automatically assume this kid was a virgin and completely innocent because of his age. That is hardly the case nowadays for teenagers.

Yes, he is a child by definition. However, the 13 year olds of today are much more mature than the 13 year olds from 15 years ago. For all we know this kid has already slept with more females then we could imagine. 13 year olds are out there having babies with other 13 year olds. I am not justifying any of this i am just saying that it is a fact of life nowadays. Kids are maturing faster at younger ages. I have a feeling this kid probably knew exactly what he was doing and was not forced into anything.

As long as it is secure I dont see any problems with it. Helmets are a personal choice, some people dont even where them. As long as it doesnt interfere with your skydive or someone elses I think it would be fine.

What is so hard to understand here? My statement was based on black people thinking that aids was created to wipe them out simply because they are black. The black people who believe this are the ones that have made it a racial issue. NOT ME. White people have hardships just the same as black people do, how often do you hear a white person say it can be attributed to their skin color? 40 years ago, I wouldnt have posted this. It is the year 2005, people need to get beyond the self pity skin color issue. Lets say breast cancer has effected more white women than black women. How fucking ridiculous would it be if white woman believed breast cancer was created to wipe them out simply because they are white??? Pretty fucking stupid if you ask me.

Eagerly awaiting examples of laws i have complained about. Organizations, yes. I do complain about organizations. I believe the NAACP is a racist organization, I believe BET is a racist channel. Any business function that specifically targets one race while purposely secluding others is in my mind a racist organization. They promote segregration.

Is so hard to understand? I guess that is where we have to agree to disagree. I think this is easy. It is quite clear in my mind, Race or color should not factor into any opinion, attitude or action taken by any individual. Plain and simple.

Nope, that is where you are wrong. I dont care what happened in "yesterdays" day and age. And I sure as hell dont care what happened 160 years ago. Living in the past will get you know where. I specifically meant TODAYS day and age.

What is truly sad is that some people here cant understand how far from racists we are actually being. The people on here that are accusing me and whoever else of being racist are the ones that cant let go of the skin color issue. Every one of my posts have been about how skin color should NOT be an issue. There are definitely close minded racists on this board, its just happens to not be the people that are being accused of being racists. We are damned if we do, and damned if we dont. Its as simple as that.

A way to begin a construtive discussion or a way to put people on the defensive? . That is my way of expressing my frustrations, perhaps if there were not so many cases of Black people either trying to use their skin color to their advantage or assuming that their skin color is the cause of hardships in their life then i wouldnt have been so passionate about my wording.

Please explain to me why you cant take anything i say seriously? Are you not willing to listen to someone elses OPINION and have a constructive discussion about that opinion? I could understand if my thread subject said "why does snowflake think its a conspiracy" but it doesnt. Snowflake, above everything else, do you understand the primary point i am trying to get across or are you completely oblivious to what we are saying?

I have no regrets over the words I chose to use. Its ok for you to get frustrated with "the man" and voice your concerns with no repercussions, but the second a white person brings up the issue we are considered a racist. That is not right. I am not a racist, bottom line. I could put you in touch with numerous people that could verify that information, and yes, I am referring to black friends of mine.
