Pammi...I guess that I was just thinking that you would just go and get under canopy. I guess you have less time for a good body position, but still would just right under canopy. I am wondering about this new requirement for the A license. I think it is a proficiency card or something. Is this something new? And what does this mean for training and requirements?? My wife and I are going to do AFF or tandem progression this summer and cannot decide which place would be the best. It is pretty much between these two places, but cannot decide. If anyone has any info on either or any suggestions, please let me know! It would be AFF at Richmond or tandem progression at Cleveland (since we already have one tandem). Anyway, all help is appreciated!! (AS ALWAYS!)

Hey fellow .comers. Just wondering who is all going to Bridge Day in WV and where are you coming from? Yooper and I might end up heading down there together. He lives in Upper MI and I live halfway down in Ohio, which would make a good stop for him after 10 hrs or so of driving. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else is headed through this way. I am offering up my place to stay overnight on the way down and on the way back to break up your drive. FYI, I live about 2 miles from I-75 in Lima (exits 125 and 127). I am going to get a ride with someone to go down and just be a spectator. Can't wait to be able to go down there for some actual BASE. Anyone interested, just let me know! Thanks for all the awesome advice. There are so many places to check around and so many people wanting to take advantage these days, it's good to have so many people (fellow skydivers) willing to help out! I really liked the 1/2 now and 1/2 after thumbs up deal! That would really work well! Thanks again for all the info and I'll be sure to have a rigger help me out since I probalby won't know enough to assemble thing thing that will save my life over and over

How do they ruin your day? Oh yeah! Duh!! Those huge teeth can put a HUGE gash in your canopy or container. At least your body will be in the way to protect one side of it.

thanks for the info. sounds like those Paramounts are the thing to get! My buddy is wanting to do it too, and I am going to probably get into skysurfing. That could come out with some cool stuff. When I am on the X Games, I'll contribute the camera info to you too!

I was also wondering. If you buy something from E-bay, an online place, etc, how can you make sure that there is nothing wrong with the rig? What is the best way to find out? I would love to think that all skydivers can trust each other to no end, but sometimes, the almighty buck is too strong for someone to succumb to, and you end up getting screwed.
