Guido Luciani's (sp?) Baja Cafe is a really nice relaxing spanish guitar cd, I really enjoy it. I am not a huge fan, but lots of people like Kenny G's sax cds for romatic music. Angela.

That's cute I still enjoy flowers, tho. I always buy potted plants for my mother because then she can keep them alive and all. She now has a whole garden on her patio. I, otoh, can't keep a plant alive. They don't bark so I forget to feed them. haha. Therefore, flowers are perfect for me. Drop in water, enjoy the shortlived beauty in the center of my ill-lighted apartment, then toss 'em. I prefer tulips or lilies.

Is he unhappy with the responsiveness, or with the speed? I recently took a canopy course with Scott Miller and discussed this very thing. He suggests that if someone is unhappy with the responsiveness, there are different canopy choices at the same wing loading without having to downsize, which means greater speed. i.e. Kolla's suggestion that he try the Stiletto 170 or the like. He should most definitely take a canopy control class and talk to the instructor about what aspects he is happy/unhappy with. It's also a really good thing to take the class to gain knowledge. I plan to take it again in 50 jumps, it really isn't all that expensive for what you get out of it. Good luck to him:) Angela.

haha. Yeah, that'd be cool. I wonder if I would think I was really awake, tho. If I woke up, and thought I was dreaming, I might do something erradic, like a hp landing that I have no clue how to pull off. ... assuming that wasn't the case, i'm always down for a rush, what better way to wake up. haha. :D Angela.

You don't *have* to open the posts made by Roy or his plaything. I personally don't mind the threads, but if you know what they may contain, refrain from opening them if they offend you... or, if you can't, then maybe you really do like them. haha. jmo Angela

Home Depot made me wait 10 minutes for my staple gun. That was one hell of a long time, very annoying. By the time I got it and got outside, I didn't really feel like stapling my buddy to the bumper of my truck anymore...the moment and anger was all lost. ROFL!! You're great, Aggiedave! Angela.

Naw, I haven't asked them to help. They're all so good to me, I don't have the heart to ask them to give up a jumping day for me to do something as horrible as moving! I have a dad and 2 brothers here for the heavy stuff. I've had to suffer being related to them for so long, it's the least they can do. lol! Yeah, I always make the cousins help me out since they're like my brothers:) Good luck with the move. It is a little weird when you first owe on something like a house, but property value increases (usually), so it's really a good investment. Except in my case where I only barely made out over break-even:P :o) Angela.

I'm just learning to sit fly... I would like to get some ff pants, but are these mostly for when you do head down? I jumped in a baggy pair of pants and tight top the other day and it was not as easy as when I have tight pants on, but still manageable. Is it too early for me to be getting ff pants while still learning sit? When I do get ff pants, I want something that doesn't make me float too much. I'm fairly light, and need to go fast. I would also like something with cool designs. I saw a chick at my dz with ladybugs all over her ff pants, those were cute/original. :p I would also like something that sits on my hips, not my waist, is that possible? Anyone have pix of their ff pants or jumpsuits? Thanks! Angela.

I know what you mean, i've had lots of people show me to pack, and all a little different. I finally had to stick to one method and get better at it. I can finally get my 150sf canopy in the d-bag made for a 135. I thought i'd never be able to do it. I still have a hard time with the first stow, but the only thing that helps is practice. Do your own pack jobs on the weekend, just watching does not help at all. When you get stuck, ask someone, there is almost always someone willing to help you out. Good luck! Angela.

How many people are going to this thing that aren't actually jumping? I can't jump there since I don't have that high of a license, but would consider going if there were lots of people that weren't jumping for me to get wasted with by day. haha. Angela.

The 'bytch boogie' will still be goin' on in Sebastian on the 2nd. I think everyting is about the same distance from Orlando, so you have your pick of what you wanna do. Angela.

Not a whole lotta night life in Deland. People will usually stick around until the mosquitos start biting it seems, but then it's off to bed/home for most. I was invited to do karaoke (sp?) one night, so there must be something somewhere. I haven't personally seen it. Daytona is about 30 mi away, there's gotta be something to do there. Z-hills seems to be more party like after dark, i've hung out there til midnight before. It's fun, the bar at the dz stays open late. Never spent any weeknights there, tho. Not sure how far the nearest offsite party spot is, i've never had to really leave the dz, haha. Sebastian is cool, too, but like Deland, after the mosquitos come out, people leave the dz. Most people migrate to Hiram's sand bar which is pretty cool and opened late, and not very far from the dz. It's pretty fun there:) Angela.
