I try to stay low on saturated fats, too... but i'd rather have natural occuring fats than something that is basically man made. Butter vs Margarine??? Why go with either? There are so many alternatives out there. I really like Smart Balance. I do like butter occassionally, though. If i'm at a restaurant, I would rather have butter. If you are going to get margarine, get the tub kind rather than the stick kind because I think the stick kind has more hydro oil. Angela.

For every woman it is different. Personality goes really far with me. As far as body goes, I don't usually go for skinny guys. They can be fit, but must be big fit, not small fit, ya know? A belly can be very sexy, but not a pregnant looking belly... just extra chub:) So, in short, I usually go for guys that are tall & beefy. Of course, there are no permanent lines drawn on this, as again, personality counts for a lot. Angela.

Hydrogenated oils form trans-fats. In short, not good for your heart. I shop at the health food store, and anything I buy elsewhere I read labels on, so it takes me an hour to get 40$ in food. It seems America is pretty unhealthy. This stuff is in EVERYTHING! I doubt other countries are like this (of course, I don't know). I am going to do a "presentation" on trans fats soon for my weight training class. This will be good data I think:) thx;) Angela.

I doubt it will help. If someone wants a bigass order of fries, they'll just get two. Thereby actually increasing their intake or the wonderful partially-hydrogenated oils that all of their products are created with and fried in. Oh, yumm. Angela

Don't do it!! You're a chick! Chicks ALWAYS get ripped off! And, if you're towing your car in somewhere, you can expect to really get ripped off. Tow your car to someones driveway while you check prices. Also, how do they know what damage was done to the engine? Have they opened it up? I refuse to let anyone do any serious work on my car until my brother okays it. I always call him with the estimate, and what they're doing, and usually I can get back to the dealer as a much more knowledgable customer, and knock some costs down. And, if I have ANY suspicion at all that they intend to rip me off. I just go elsewhere. I wouldn't trust anyone who wouldn't give me a couple/few days to figure out if I want the work done. It's different if your car is there for a tire change, and you wanna check prices to knock 25$ off. But, we're talking a serious repair where they stand to make $$ on and they don't even want to hold your car while you decide? Sounds pretty sleezy to me! RUN! Good luck, girl! That really sux! I jumped the Guner, it is a nice helmet. Very cushiony. I purchased an Aviator. It looks better, imo. And, the one I got has extra padding so it is very comfy, too! I just bought a Neptune. I think it's neat! I will put a review in my Neptune thread in this forum (scroll down, some people gave their opinions in there). No info on the Icon. Sorry. hth. Angela
