there are probably a few things you can look at...but id suggest getting some video of your jump. find someone on the dz who wont mind filming you for a jump ticket. .-.

so ive been waiting for about 6 months to do my first wingsuit jump. i was extremely excited about doing one. i had been in touch with a bmi about making the jump before i had 200 jumps. anyways, i was supposed to do it a month ago and weather kept us on the ground. i finally got to make a jump at the orange boogie with kevin orkin (great guy i might add). i felt slightly overwhelmed with the training. i was a bit concerned about the new pullout procedure. but i felt confident after the training was over. we finially get in the otter and end up doing around 4-5 go arounds. we end up coming back down in the plane. 2 loads later we are back up and im excited as can be (finally!!). i get in the door and give my count and im followed out by kevin. exit went great, after a second i opened my wings and bam...im flyin. kevin was right there with me. so anyway im taking it all in, and realizing "shit this isnt that amazing.." i mean i realize that im crusiing across the sky much farther than any other jump, but big f'in deal? it just feels the same as a regular jump except that im not doing anything. after the jump kevin said i was doing everything great, just needed to extend my arms a little more so they were all the way out. so anyways, i dont plan on doing another birdman jump again. i was curious if this is the feeling you get just on the first jump? it just doesnt seem like theres all that much excitement to wingsuit flying other than the cool lookin suits (which dont have very cool prices).. .-.

i went down to zhills for 10 days in march this year. it was during their irish invasion boogie. i had a hell of a time. i went by myself and left with a lot of new friends. ill probably be going down again this year. .-.

so in order for me to find out about a dropzone having a special event that involves lower cost jump tickets, they need to spend money to advertise here? what if the dropzone doesnt have that kind of money to spend? on the other hand, i understand you are offering this site up for free to us and it has a lot of valuable information. but at the same time, you seem to have enough companies that see much larger profits than smaller dropzones, especially clubs that just barely turn enough profit to keep the business running. .-.

congratulations. you will love your new setup. i have a sabre2 as well, i actually just downsized from a 170 to a 150. have you demoed one before? if not, you will be in for a nice suprise, especially if youve been on student gear since aff (assuming your DZ doesnt have really nice rigs ). enjoy in good health .-.

do you really think there is a market out there for a skydiving channel? you may want to rethink that idea...maybe creating a skydiving show for "The Ocho" might be feasible. good luck. .-.

I used to mention things like that I saw on jumpers before exit time, but I get the "you have less jumps than me and i know what im doing" look too often. If I see something like that on a guy climbing out Ill say something, but other than that, my mouth stays shut unless it's something that you don't see too often. .-.
