A few more years and you won't have teeth any more, and all will be good again (diapers, too).

Germans Can't Fathom US Aversion to Obama's Healthcare Reform
headoverheels replied to mpohl's topic in Speakers Corner
Accept it or work to change it. -
And those most distrubed by his loss in DC are the Dems If the Dems lose in November, that will indeed be correct. Right now, they view it as more likely that they will win that seat than if Luger had stayed in the running.

Hey, the NFL are the job creators. Some really high paying jobs. -
He's less likely than Lugar to win in November, but it does show the sentiment on the primary voters.

Low Minimum Wages Kill Jobs and Crush Living Standards for Everyone
headoverheels replied to wlsc's topic in Speakers Corner
Show your numbers to rebut, then. When I was making about $2/hr at minimum wage (less earlier), the starting salary for a new grad electrical engineer was about $10k. Minimum wage has only gone up ~4x, and that new grad income has gone up 8-10x. -
I guess the pilot should be busted back to Hang 1.

With a lot of Oklahomans and Texans thinking that the oil companies are Jesus.

Agreed. I find it interesting that the article includes a ling about George Soros' GF. So relevant.

Similar to the law against "upgrading" when diving for abalone. Meant to keep you from taking more if you have already wounded the limit -- even if in some cases the wounding may be inconsequential. If he has hunted before, he knows that there are rules to be understood and followed. Someone of his resources doesn't even have to learn those if he doesn't feel like it; he can just pay someone to know for him.

Elsinore or Lodi for weekday jumps?
headoverheels replied to Fall0ut's topic in Events & Places to Jump
The landing area is quite large, but many outs that were there 20 years ago have been planted in grapes. -
What are the consequences of clicking "like"? Will that generate a lot of unwanted spam to my Facebook page? Government and advertiser compilation of your "likes."

Why, is kallend a law teacher now? He thinks he is I hear that the defense is expected to say that Zimmerman was using the 45 degree rule of separation.
-
that's an entirely different question than "will justice be served." Being jailed a year and losing money (though the comment that he can probably get even via Fox money sounds valid) may be preferable to death, but it's hardly an outcome you desire. When Zimmerman decided to act as he did, and carry, he set up the situation. Whether he started the physical part of the altercation is unknown to me, but he certainly set it up and provoked it.

Only Ron Paul, and he really doesn't count, does he?

Hypocrite Obama takes almost $400K in tax deductions
headoverheels replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
Correct, they said the same thing as they are saying here: the tax rates for the upper incomes need to be increased, including closing loopholes and doing as Reagan said -- taxing capital gain at close to the same rates. -
If so, we will eat it. Better than that flesh and blood of the Savior stuff.

Hypocrite Obama takes almost $400K in tax deductions
headoverheels replied to JohnRich's topic in Speakers Corner
Like those millionaires he says aren't paying their fair share? I haven't seen anyone suggesting that they just volunteer to send in more money when they feel like it. This is really a pretty bad example. Maybe a few good souls will send in more local money for school construction, rather than having everyone vote on a bond issue. -
Supports the eyewitness reports of the fight. Please provide a link to this. I must be remembering another witness.
