  1. He just wanted to come up with something to top Ryan's hijinks of washing clean dishes in the soup kitchen.
  2. Brown said, "One thing [President Obama's] gonna be asked is, why did he jump on [Hurricane Sandy] so quickly and go back to D.C. so quickly when in ... Benghazi, he went to Las Vegas? Why was this so quick? ... At some point, somebody's going to ask that question." Yes, a partisan hack is going to ask that question. As a commented wrote "Who gave this douche a microphone?"
  3. Maybe some of your relatives of her generation could provide some insight.
  4. Many, but actually I am from Georgia. From your profile I thought California. I spent my last 20 years or so in the social services. The women in power positions were in fact CEO's, managers, etc. They were interested in their communities and their families. However, the majority were staunch feminists, married without children but, many were single mothers. These women all shared one thing in common. They did not like masculine authority or power in any form. In other words, they were castrating females. I sure that everyone of them will vote for BHO. Where in GA are you? I know GeorgiaDon is a strong liberal and I assume he is in Athens. I am in Hiawassee and I have yet to find a BHO supporter, of either gender, up here, I'm from Georgia, now in California. I have a house 35 miles south of Atlanta. Maybe I've met some "castrating females," but I can't bring any to mind. Maybe that is a function of the male involved.
  5. From the length and number of posts from you lately, I figured you weren't much doing that.
  6. Many, but actually I am from Georgia.
  7. And, it was sponsored by women for Romney. Liberal women are only interested in the Bravo Sierra associated with sex, drugs and rock 'n roll. Conservative women are homemakers, employers(ees), wives and mothers concerned about the economy, their country, their community and their families. Right there is the Bravo Sierra. Liberal women I know are directors and CEOs of corporations, and small business owners, and mothers and community involved people.
  8. Where exactly is Crown Point? I live a few miles from US 231 in central Alabama, and yes there's a lot of deer. I see them in my yard from time to time. Here ya go. https://maps.google.com/maps?q=crown+point+indiana&ll=41.411578,-87.347488&spn=0.108658,0.25938&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&hnear=Crown+Point,+Lake,+Indiana&gl=us&t=m&z=13
  9. By the time you started, I was somewhat better.
  10. As if "confirmation" and "FoxNews" ever, ever, ever belong in the same sentence. Much of media "confirmation" seems to be quoting each other these days.
  11. A couple of years ago, they were hyping a snow storm coming. I put it down to "look at me, I'm the Weather guy, I'm super important." Turns out, it WAS a pretty big deal -- got stuck for another couple of days in Atlanta.
  12. There aren't that many blacks in the U.S. Maybe in your neighborhood.
  13. I see that they are also pushing the Terri Schiavo agenda on that page.
  14. I don't. I have an account, so I get email that says I have updates, but I don't look more than once every 3-4 weeks, and only for something specific. OTOH, I spend WAY too much time reading every f'ing detail of everything in the world relating to my house remodel. Yes, I even did computer simulations of my new HVAC system (using circuit simulators from my day/night job). I use the Saguator to determine how to design the table to support my granite table top.
  15. Which ever guy gets elected, the recovery will happen. Don't let whoever happens to be in office fool you into thinking that he did it. "That recovery? You didn't do that on your own."
  16. Does being vetted mean I have to pass? Unauthorized aerial delivery into a National Park....
  17. Because they aren't so sure themselves. I find nothing so egotistical is a man thinking that the creator cares to follow his trivial life.
  18. I had to laugh just now when I looked at your link (had already heard about it so didn't bother earlier). Nothing says Faux News like that photo, and that subject (the Don). AH, the link is to politico Yes, but the photo is of the Fox folks and the Don. And now we know that it wasn't news. Maybe entertainment, but not so much.
