  1. One person's "open-minded" is another person's "hole in the head."
  2. Sorry, my brain fart. Was thinking of his father.
  3. Like father, like son. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/donald-trump-jr-women-harrassment-workforce_us_5800b9bbe4b0162c043b532e?section=&
  4. Trump -- "he's not a politician." Yeah, and he never will be.
  5. Wow, you know that Trump has jumped the shark when Krauthammer is dissing him. Three days ago, he was telling us that Trump had won the 2nd debate. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/its-not-the-locker-room-talk-its-the-lock-her-up-talk/2016/10/13/9dd5fbea-9172-11e6-9c85-ac42097b8cc0_story.html?utm_term=.3446f80c06c5
  6. I can't think of anyone that was a better ex-president. I met him once, very early in his campaign. So early that he'd just got going. The Georgia Tech parachute club was jumping at the Americus, Georgia airshow, and Carter came around to see us, since he had attended Tech. I voted against him when he won, and for him when he lost.
  7. Well, no US banks will loan him money any more -- must be a conspiracy going on.
  8. Press mistake. Virginia is a young model, not the state.
  9. I think it is at least as likely that Obama will suspend the nomination, to allow Clinton to select the next justice, especially if the Senate control flips sides in the election.
  10. Trump seems to be getting a lot of free publicity lately. He sure knows how to use the media.
  11. I'm using the calendar in MS Hotmail, which shows the 8th. I'll be voting by mail, before the 1st. Used to have a local polling station, but they decided to get rid of it and not assign a close by alternate (only 1/3rd mile further than the old one), so the entire neighborhood is vote by mail.
  12. Problem solved! Yep. www.cbsnews.com/news/donald-trump-tells-crowd-election-day-is-november-28/ November 28th the is court date for Trump University. Donald had his loser dates swapped.
  13. I don't think that you are as in touch with the situation here in Silicon Valley as Drew is. Non-tech cities, not so much. But here, yeah.
  14. It mostly comprises "what would Jesus do?"
  15. Odd, mine shows heart surgery on the 1st, vote on the 8th. Yours must have detected that you tend to procrastinate (or just have lots of things on your calendar), so giving you early notice.
  16. And we know how right she is on everything. She was dead wrong on this one too: http://www.thewrap.com/fox-news-jeanine-pirro-rips-gretchen-carlsons-absurd-lawsuit/ Again, it isn't about the locker room talk. It is about the actions.
  17. I haven't checked Donald's plan on his web site for a few months, but it did have one feature that I would support: eliminating the marriage penalty for two-earner families. i.e., the married joint tax brackets were exactly double the brackets for filing single.
  18. http://news.nationalpost.com/news/canada/man-on-trial-for-raping-and-choking-sex-trade-workers-will-use-size-of-remarkably-small-penis-in-defence I say he isn't guilty.
  19. Unfortunately, Trump's repeating of untruths already pulled from web sites (realizing they are false) will continue to convince and rile up the majority of Americans who haven't the time or interest to seek out the truth. Once an untruth is spread, the retraction/correction rarely gets the attention. Even if it does, one is often left with the impression of the first story, not the correct story. http://www.newsweek.com/vladimir-putin-sidney-blumenthal-hillary-clinton-donald-trump-benghazi-sputnik-508635
  20. Well, not all papers are panning him. ================ North Korean State Media Calls Trump A ‘Far-Sighted’ And ‘Wise Politician’ Not all Congressmen are dumping him either: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/scott-desjarlais-donald-trump_us_57fbe977e4b068ecb5e0e001?section=&
  21. Hint: If you want to maintain any form of credibility, throwing baseless accusations of mental illness at someone just because they don't agree with your politics, is not the way to do it. Psychopathic and narcissistic personalities are not necessarily mental illness. Basically, an Axis I (treatable mental illness) diagnosis is only applicable when it is determined that an individual is a threat to themselves or someone else which includes not being able to conduct activities of daily living. Axis II diagnoses are personality disorders and are documented but are not treatable. IMO, I'm still in the bounds of rational thought concerning our elitist governmental leadership. Perhaps you'll manage to maintain your sanity with Hillary as POTUS, but when Michelle is sworn in to office in 2025, I think you'll be done. Hillary is so old that I think it isn't so likely that she will run for a 2nd term. I'm hoping for Warren to run next time.
