35 years ago today, a skinny 18 year old college kid made his first three parachute jumps. Who would have known how skydiving was going to change over the years, or that I would still be at it. 400 way formations, people making large formations skydiving on their heads, swooping at 70mph, CREW. It doesn't seem like it was just yesterday that I made those first jumps, but it does seem like it wasn't so long ago. Still skinny, just not a kid anymore.

The other character in the SNL sketches wasn't called Sluggo without reason. -
Just what I like -- a fuckable belly button.

Scuba - anyone ever have any major problems?

I went from the ST135 to a Katana. As others have said, expect to come down a lot faster, and to lose a lot of altitude in a turn. It will also feel like it is still going down fast after you finish the turn (because it is!). For stepping down one size to a 120, I think you will find that the flare is enough better than the ST135 that your landings will be a better/softer/slower, after enough jumps to get used to the difference. I had better openings on my Stiletto -- the Katana is more off-heading than on, and I have had line twists on several occasions, whereas I went the last 1200+ jumps on the ST135 with zero line twists. The control range is much longer on the Katana than on the Stiletto. i.e., if you flared as deep on the Stiletto as you would on the Katana, the Stiletto would stall. I don't have any jumps on the Crossfire2.

Oh, I mis-read the title. I thought you said saliva, and I'm all for that.

Well, that leaves it open, doesn't it. If all of us would, then she should.

I may look brunette, but I'm all blonde on the inside.

Since the pressure is being sensed, and the air density varies with temperature, the altitude reading will only be correct on a "standard temperature" day. ( Well, it will be correct on the ground at any temperature, if you zero it. ) On hot days, the true altitude will be higher than the reading. This error could be mostly compensated by measuring the outside temperature, but it generally is not.

Well, they did originate in Syria. -
I had to share. http://www.mono-1.com/monoface/main.html One of the funniest things (to me) is to have all elements from one person, except head/shoulders.

Nah, you need 3 olives and 3 fraternity pledges. They all strip, insert an olive up their crack, and crab walk on all fours, butt down. The fastest one gets to eat his olive. The other two have to eat each other's olive. Hmm, maybe that's why that one is floating...

Maybe because all the possible characters are male. Interesting that 27% of respondants are "Chef"

If you had three, you could have an olive race.
