Scotts advice is right on; to add to it...see attached... 1. Get stable in a sit and look at an object (if with others then another freeflyer, else the sun or cloud). 2. tuck one side of your body and lead with your head. in essence, i've found it is best to rotate around your head because of the ease of mainting eye contact on something 3. your body will go around. when a little passed upside-down, counter with the same side of your body that you tucked. if you tuck with left, you'll do the cartwheel to the left, and the spread out again with the left. 4. when you are back to normal sit position...start flying again. you may want to extend the counter or ease up depending on the momentum. 5. ALWAYS MAINTAIN EYE CONTACT - this will not only help you now, but in all relative freeflying.

Just another really bored-ass day at my seemingly endless office life profession. Hey someone has to put a damper on the gross national product and do nothing in a computer room all day and make lots of money for freeflying...why not be me? Headdown, sitfly, sideslide, big-ways, two-way with vid, 4-way VRW, tracking, flocking, atmonauti, headdown carving, head up carving, eagles, over-unders, spock, vertical compressed, hand docks, foot docks, geagles, toe to toe, totum, hybrids, 3-d dives, indy-500, pylon race, AD challenge, down the tube, turn 180 and track, tube jump, smoke jump, transition, weedeater, ball jump, flower, mind-warp...

How many hours in a day do you ACTUALLY work? If I had to guess, I'd say my average DZ.Com time probably matches closely with ACTUAL work time. Even though I don't post that much anymore - reading is just as cool. It is slow today, but a good guestimate for this week is 10 hours for a total of 40 hours this week. Today, I search the web...bought a mattress, went to skydiving movies and downloaded some old and new vids, shopped for a curio cabinet and a rug, went onto other discussion forums...... .....then my company feads me lunch for free. They even had fresh Christmas cookies and pastries, I went and took a shit then actually contemplated going back to rub one out, took a walk through the computer room, ate some more cookies, and now I am just waiting for the bell to ring. After work, I get to drive home in my audi. Maybe I'll stop off on the way home and buy a new video game or something. UUgggggHHH! It's f%$#@N sad. I feel bad. There are people out there flipping burgers for 12 to 14 hours a day that make like 10% what I do. That is fucking bullshit America right there. Sure, I went to school and stuck it out to get here....but shit, this is ridiculous. I thought in the beginning that I'd wind up being some research scientist to make this kind a money. WTF? Are you an average paid worker with average hours?...I mean, how often does pay match work out there. Doctors are even in the same boat. Some work their asses off and don't get paid shit cause of all the insurance they have to pay. And some make a ton and only do paperwork. My brain is turning into mush.
