    NO. Its not safe. Its not designed for that. Main pin cover is opening, and riser covers are opening in head down. Been there done that.

    All new canopies I see around me from PD are Sabre2 or Katana, so what do you think?

    One member of our club just moved down from Sabre150 to Vengence 120. I hope I had a really good insurance.

    More simple: hard drives are designed to work on gound level, normal air pressure, not for 4000m and they don't like to be dropped either.

    He can easily find better canopies than Vengence. There is a thread in Swooping and Canopy Control forum about Vengence.

    Back to the track. Is it a nice if my canopy flatten out from a double front in 3-4 seconds? Other word, my neptune has indicated minimal descent rate(0m/s) after 3-4 second I've gently released front risers after keeping them down for 6-7 seconds. Is that the right canopy to learn how to swoop?

    Depends on you skill set that we don't know anything.... You may kill yourself under a fully inflated canopy @ WL1.0.

    I've packed a Sabre2 150 with less than 50 jumps. It was a kindda fight,but I was stronger. Learn once and you can pack anything. A new canopy is a great teacher. Giving skills and faith.
