It’s only strange and extreme if they fall outside the range of natural variability, otherwise it’s just weather.
-
“The climate change activists tout every hurricane, flood, drought, tornado, hot season, cold season, etc. as evidence for their hoax. “Extreme weather events” are mounting evidence of coming climate catastrophe, if we don’t all buy electric cars, eat insects, and use windmills and solar panels to cool and heat our homes and cook our bugs.” https://townhall.com/columnists/marklewis/2022/09/05/come-on-hurricanes-get-with-the-climate-change-program-n2612658 The dreaded Floodrought

Because if I left it out you would accuse me of quoting him out of context

But I thought as the climate warms more water evaporates from the oceans into the atmosphere causing more rain and that was us.

I drive a Honda Accord, my wife drives the big Mercedes SUV. My utility trailer gives it pickup truck capabilities when needed. (Try that with your Tesla S)

It was this part that was germane. “Dana Bash asked the former vice president "would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?" "No, we would, we would work it out," Biden responded”
-
It’s not, we should eliminate subsidies for all forms of energy and let the market pick winners and losers.
-
As a general rule, I don’t support market distortions.

May’s Global Temperature coldest in 9 years

I am responsible for what I post, not what others post. I have enough on my plate beating back these outrageous man-made global warming maniacs. (Some of these wackos even think men can get pregnant) -
If you don’t believe me, maybe you will believe Joe Biden. Biden said: “We are going to get rid of fossil fuels.” Joe Biden in 2020: "No more subsidies for the fossil fuel industry. No more drilling including offshore. No ability for the oil industry to continue to drill period. It ends." Biden: “I Guarantee You We’re Going To End Fossil Fuel” During the second Democratic debate on July 31, Dana Bash asked the former vice president "would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?" "No, we would, we would work it out," Biden responded. "We would make sure it's eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those, either -- any fossil fuel."

“To date, Biden is the only president in modern history not to have held a single oil and gas lease sale on federal lands despite clear direction from Congress to do so quarterly” https://www.heritage.org/energy-economics/commentary/bidens-radical-anti-fossil-fuel-energy-policy-costs-americans-dearly

If that is all you can contribute, it would be best for you to stay on the porch. -
The headline from MSNBC on your Goggle search? “Republican plan for inflation still nowhere to be found” Thanks for making my point
-
Are you saying the EIA is wrong because it was cited by a conservative? If I were to use MSNBC (your favorite news source) there would be no inflation, fentanyl deaths, border crisis, increase in crime, lower standard of living, ballooning deficits, etc.

The part where the other guys were wrong
-
It doesn’t matter how “educated” one is, it just matters what is right and what is wrong. To quote Richard Feynman, “It doesn’t matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn’t matter how smart you are. If it doesn't agree with experiment (or observation) it’s wrong.” I feel no need to extend nothing more than courtesy (certainly not respect) to those who are wrong.
-
Would you rather I cite people with whom I disagree?
-
What was untrue? I truly believe that Biden’s policies are designed to make fossil fuels more expensive. Canceling leases, stopping pipelines, refusing permits, additional burdensome regulations are all part of this glorious transition. The result is Americans are financially worse off than when he took office, while this impacts all Americans it is particularly onerous for the poor and working class.

The forum is called “President Biden, critics corner.” It is a forum for criticisms of Biden’s policies and the pain they cause. I think you need to check out the Biden fan-boy page.

https://keystonetoday.com/stories/630957358-peek-pennsylvania-s-record-high-natural-gas-prices-tied-to-biden-s-war-on-american-energy “The price of natural gas increased by almost 280% since President Joe Biden took office, according to the most recently available data. A million British thermal units (MMBtu) of natural gas cost $2.57 on January 20, 2021 – the day Biden took office – EIA data showed. Natural gas was priced at $9.75/MMBtu on Tuesday; this represents a 279% increase since Biden took office” “Just as Biden's "war on American energy" caused high gasoline prices, the same is true for the rising cost of natural gas, Brown said. He attributes chronically high natural gas prices as "a direct result of Biden's energy agenda” Folks will be getting their first heating bill just in time for the midterms. Lets go Brandon!

On this forum it’s called trolling, especially when you support your argument with facts. -
There was not a war in Ukraine……until Biden said “It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion, and then we end up having a fight about what to do and not do, et cetera.”
-
If your definition of that ‘war’ is people getting shot and blown up, then Afghanistan is still at war. I was referring to the US component and yes, Chicago is more deadly than Afghanistan was to Americans.

Classic leftie trope, call anyone with whom you disagree, a racist.
