  1. Cartoons, nice. So we are no warmer than we were 7000 years ago. (which what I have been saying (but thanks for the backup)) The projections are just guesses. From your source: warm = stable = optimum
  2. It reinforces what I have been saying, the ebb and flow of the worlds climate/glaciation/sea level, are natural phenomenon that are occurring now and have occurred in the past. The notion that we can somehow control it is a fools errand.
  3. What are you talking about??? I am just restating what the park service said on its placard. The glaciers in question, did not come into existence until 7000 years ago. Fact The glaciers have been melting for the past several hundred years. Fact Climate models predicted the glaciers would be gone by 2020. Fact The glaciers are still here. Fact The climate models were wrong. Fact How is that trolling?
  4. Yes I get that, but I also get that the glaciers have been shrinking for the last several hundred years, long before this AGW nonsense. My contention is that it is part of a natural cycle. If the climate were responding to the input of CO2, the glaciers would have been gone by 2020, just like the models predicted, they didn't and the models were/are WRONG.
  5. But wait....the glaciers are still here today! Some one should go tell those stubborn glaciers that they should not be here. BTW those are the same computer models that tell us that we are facing catastrophic climate change. Not to mention they were not here 7000 years ago, long before SUVs.
  6. "Arctic sea ice appears to have reached its annual maximum extent on March 5. The 2020 maximum sea ice extent is the highest since 2013." From the same source
  7. No, the growing polar ice, advancing glaciers, and snowstorms in April do that. The low gas prices predated the Covid 19 pandemic and were a result of the US becoming the number one oil producer in the world.
  8. You can adjust global temperatures and projections of "peak oil" but you can not adjust away growing glaciers, April snow storms, growing polar ice and $1.15 a gallon gasoline. #winning
  9. https://notrickszone.com/2020/04/30/4-new-studies-high-mountain-asia-glaciers-are-advancing-surging-and-this-is-a-natural-phenomenon/comment-page-1/#comment-1306518 Science denying glaciers refuse to comply with the narrative.
  10. That is what Trump did during the primary. I was looking forward to watching Ted Cruz destroy him in a one on one debate, but Trump had the nomination in hand at that point and knew he was no match for Ted. Biden on the other hand is gaff prone on his best days. He has never been good at finishing a sentence, but lately he cant even remember where he is or what he just said. I don't think that "here's the deal folks" is going to cut it when he forgets what the deal is.
  11. I never thought it possible but the Dems have found another candidate that may loose to Trump. Word is that Biden’s handlers won’t even let him debate Trump. If the economy is even close to bouncing back, hello to for more years and goodbye to RBG.
  12. His brain is not working any better than Trumps. And that should bother everyone.
  13. Still only PAs on me. Nothing on the content of video.
  14. The utter lack of substantive pushback leads me to believe that you all are coming to grips with the notion that you have been led down a false emerald path and are the unwitting dupes of Big Green. I think Vladimir Lenin had a phrase, attributed to him, that would be applicable to this situation...If only I could remember what it was.
  15. I thought all of you lefties were free thinkers, open to new ideas and perspectives, obviously I was mistaken. Leave it to a right leaning libertarian to open his mind to Bill Maher and Michael Moore. I welcome and seek out opposing views, as it makes me question, justify, strengthen and yes, sometimes change my own.
  16. Don't be scared, just open a beer or pour a glass of wine and listen to a new perspective for a few minuets. That goes for Bill, Joe and Kallend
  17. Someone forgot to tell central PA, we had snow flurries here today.
  18. It just stands to reason, if 2019 was the second warmest year that it is cooler than the first most warmer year.
  19. One of the main points was that "green" was anything but green, and in some instances was actually far worse than traditional fossil fuels and that most "green" energy came from burning trees, garbage and ethanol not wind and solar (by a long shot).
  20. One of the other points was that Big Green has been co-opeted by and is in bed with, big banks, billionaires, oil and gas companies, and....get this.....the Koch brothers. Another point was all of the heavy industry required to manufacture "green tech", the bit on "how solar panels are made" was particularly enlightening.
  21. I gave a specific example, the urban heat island effect. You are the one who seems to think we can control the global climate. Again with all of the vitriolic PAs that video must have made a sting. As far as the NOAA prediction, NOAA concluded that 2019 was COOLER than it had been in the past. He shoots, he scores! Nearly 50 posts following my linking to the Earth Day documentary and still no one can talk about it. Fascinating
  22. Thanks professor, I would expect nothing more from you. PS I'm glad you son is doing better.
  23. Ouch, it looks like I have struck a nerve. When BillV can only parrot SkyDekker, who is parroting click bait, I know I have made an impact.
