    You will be happy to know that more than half of the jobs lost have returned to the oil patch as prices recover and more and more rigs start back up. The stress test imposed by COVID-19 will just make the industry stronger and more productive. That is good for everyone.

    I’m more concerned with the consumers than the investors. We all benefit from low energy prices. Companies go bankrupt, rocks do not.     By "at" I mean, at the location, as in the accident victim died at the scene. Using Kallend's logic, if I were to be hit and killed by a truck on my way to the doctors office to get a flu vaccine, I would have been killed by the vaccine. Because if not for the vaccine, I never would have made the trip and would still be alive.

China had/has no intention of cutting its CO2 emissions.
