Blocked Keystone pipeline (and others) refused to permit LNG export terminals, stopping leasing on federal lands, implementing burdensome regulations, nominating people to his administration who have expressed a desire to bankrupt the fossil fuel industry thereby scaring off the needed investment to maintain our dominant position.
