  1. https://www.aei.org/podcast/the-joe-rogan-experience-1776-steven-e-koonin/ vs https://twitter.com/MythinformedMKE/status/1494312437000060934 This is why the left is trying to cancel Rogan
  2. I don’t think you read the first sentence about the demand for racism outstripping the supply of it. Old racism was segregation, lynching and Jim Crow. New racism is micro-aggression, cultural appropriation and being white. The bar for what is considered to be racist has been lowered to meet the demand.
  3. They only had murder, riots and arson.
  4. A short barrel AR in .50 Beowulf would be a good choice. More than double the energy of a .44 magnum, more accurate and easier to handle than a pistol and if the first round doesn’t get the job done, you have 19 more.
  5. Woke is a joke and the Democrats are the punchline. https://www.foxnews.com/media/morning-joe-panel-democrats-super-wokeness-problem-san-francisco-school-board-vote
  6. “Let’s be clear: the frequent comparison of the fossil fuel and tobacco industries is nonsense. Fossil fuels are a valuable energy source that has done yeomen service for humankind.” – James Hansen, June 1, 2021 I posted this here because several members keep bringing up this false equivalency.
  7. But… https://insights.som.yale.edu/insights/study-rising-seas-arent-causing-coastal-property-values-to-decline “according to a new study co-authored by Yale SOM’s Matthew Spiegel, prices are not falling in the areas most likely to be affected.”
  8. I’m pissed that he tore down the historic Robin’s Nest, from Magnum P.I.
  9. Why didn’t they go with wind and solar? After all it is less expensive and more scalable. (according to you)
  10. If anyone were to take this report seriously, we will see a plummeting value in beachfront property and Obama would be ditching his ocean side bungalow in Hawaii.
  11. Why do you keep bringing up the North Sea? I never mentioned it. As far as fracking goes you might want to consult with some Yanks, we have been doing it for decades. I’ll help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VY34PQUiwOQ NIMBY? The threat of war and freezing to death have a way of focusing the mind beyond NIMBY.
  12. In high school I used to hunt pheasants with my 20 gauge H&R single shot. I would carry a second round between my middle and ring finger of my right hand and would get doubles (I would like to say “routinely” but that would be a lie) With regard to semi-auto, I agree with Joe. In shooting sports, as well as skydiving, the “old school” way of thinking has a way of sticking around for a lot longer than it’s actual efficacy. Modern, well maintained semi-autos are 99.99% reliable.

  14. They are just following the polls…uh..er.. I mean the science.
  15. It is just an observation that Europe reduced production of fossil fuels faster than the could be replaced with rainbows and unicorn farts (solar and wind) and are now faced with the unsavory proposition of being dependent on Russian energy. Maybe you can explain why Europe is dependent on Russian oil and gas when they have wind and solar? Not to mention the trillions of cubic yards of natural gas and billions of barrels of oil under their feet?
  16. “A key result from the EUOGA project shows that estimates of shale gas resources amounts to 89 trillion cube meters. The corresponding estimate for shale oil is set to 31 billion barrels”
  17. I think the halftime show at the Super Bowl was not nearly as good as 2007 when a much more talented artist was featured.
  18. I said fossil fuels which includes coal, but since you mentioned oil and gas… https://energy.ec.europa.eu/topics/oil-gas-and-coal/shale-gas-and-other-unconventional-hydrocarbons_en “A key result from the EUOGA project shows that estimates of shale gas resources amounts to 89 trillion cube meters. The corresponding estimate for shale oil is set to 31 billion barrels”
  19. In all seriousness, Europe’s rush to “decarbonize” has threatened world peace. They reduced fossil fuel production and usage before renewables were ready for prime time. This made them overwhelmingly dependent on Russia and emboldened Putin. Russia can withstand western sanctions…Europe can not withstand being cut off from Russian oil and gas in the middle of winter.
  20. Does anyone still think there is no European energy crisis, or is a quadrupling of energy cost just the new normal? https://www.dropzone.com/forums/topic/273351-european-energy-crisis/page/2/#comments https://notrickszone.com/2022/02/16/main-reason-behind-europes-energy-price-explosion-is-green-policy-in-europe-and-germany/
