    Go ahead and jump, and maybe get away with it. I've only had one friend die and another reinjure himself very seriously by jumping too soon with casts on. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    I'll second that, Jerome is very worth the drive. In Sedona, take the road up to the airport for some wonderful views. The airport is located atop a 2000' mesa and is a real trip to fly into and take off from. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    The US is unklikely to relenquish any authority to the UN, so it will be up to us, and that will ultimately mean more troops. J Hmmmm, more troops, I think I remember that refrain from about 37 years in Southeast Asia. GWB had no business barging into Iraq and now he's going to get his ass handed to him and he deserves it.     I arrange charters on private jets such as Learjets, Gulfstreams, etc. It would be somewhat boring except for the fact that it involves dealing directly with well known names in the sports and entertainment industry, the business world and politics. You wouldn't believe who I have met in a 30 year career. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    Had a guy on a tandem that was all gung ho until the door opened on, I believe, Mullin's Turbo Stallion and when it came our time to jump, the student said, in a very frightened voice, something about "can I back out now" and I told him no, we only dirt dived a diving exit We went ahead with the jump and when we got down he was SOOOOO greatful that that he got to jump. It would have been too bad if he hadn't because he came back and went thuough AFF. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    Oh Hell, I had a very instructor - like answer for the original question then read through the thread then it just pissed me off. Some of you people need to chill, it's ONLY skydiving and it's supposed to be fun. I got out of the sport mainly because of people that try to force their will on everyone and make everything a doctorate thesis. Hell, I can and still do, get that at work for MUCH more money. Somewhat sorry for the rant The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    Not near the rush of skydiving but fun for what they are. Rode the one at New York, New York in Las Vegas last weekend and it was great. However, even greater was the Big Shot on top of the Stratosphere. Damn The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

    I live in NJ, but I'm close to the city, like ~30 mins away. The home office of the company that I work for is at Teterboro Airport. I usually get up there ftom Texas about 3 times a year. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.
