I recently discovered an old cassett tape of a band I used to play with. Tried every avenue I could think of to get it put it on CD but came up empty. Finally took it to a local recording studio and got it transfered for $25.00 all the while sweating it out that the 30 year old tape didn't break before completion.

I was thinking he took the phrase "fire crotch" way too seriously. Damn, that reminds me of the scene of the football players with the "loaded" jock straps in Revenge Of The Nerds. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Looks similar to the "Super Guppie", a Boeing modification done to the old C-97 used to haul missles for NASA in the 60s, 70s and 80s. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Used to have one of those in the 1980s at Seagoville, Texas and for the most part it sucked.. As I remember, it was a VERY slow climber. As far as jumpers, seems that we could take six. Hated that damn airplane and not just because it eventually crashed killing four jumpers and and the pilot. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Hey, n2skdvn, we took that same Baltic Capitals cruise in 2001 and still think about it today. Never got to tour Dover, though. Got back home to Dallas on 09-10-2001. Hate to think what would've happened with a slight flight delay. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

We have two feeders outside the screened porch. Usually get between six and eight at a time buzzing around and trying to run each other off the feeders, they seem to be very unfriendly toward each other. I found one laying in the yard way away from the feeders, kinda like comatose. I picked it up and laid it on a perch on the feeder, stuck its beak in the sugar water and suddenly it started drinking. About twenty seconds later it flew off, guess it was just out of fuel.

Saw Maynard way back in 1964 at North Texas State University (now UNT) in Denton, TX. Won't be another one like that again. Man, could that guy hit some high notes. RIP The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Never ridden one but have seen two in the Dallas area at different times. They must come standard with sidecars as both had them and most of the pictures I've seen of them have sidecars. Looked somewhat to a Zundapp IMO. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

That's what I've heard, though I'm a little gun shy after the massive "flop that coulda been great" called Anchorman. Is it worth going to see, or should I just wait for video? Anchorman was pretty funny but having seen it, I'll wait for Talladega Nights to come out on DVD. By the way, I love you Caress. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

About 1280 give or take a few. Of those mentioned, about 200 were as a passenger while on tandem examiner jumps. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

The downfall of WFFC and Skydiving in general

Events such as WFFC have a finite life, ie. the USPA Nationals Boogie which was THE thing to attend years ago but it just got stale. New things came along with a fresher approach (Freak Brothers/WFFC for example) and that's where people ended up going for a variety of reasons. Now, the cycle has come around again ind it's time to move on to the next big thing. As far as the general heath of skydiving, for the most part, its just fine and it will be around as long as there are people looking for excitement and comradship that's just a little out of the mainstream. Hey, I've got one of those, a 1982 Honda Magna V 45 that I still ride. That looks like his old bike he got a new one in the mid 80's that was Hondas production "chopper". I think it was a Magna or somthing similar. Mick. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.
