  1. But of course. I wouldn't want to dissapoint my public would I ?
  2. Come see for yourself this Saturday at Byron for the the old school weekend. Picture courtesy of Iwan Van Der Schoor.
  3. It has velcro, but it also has a neat little flap to protect the lines from the velcro, preventing the need for line protectors. Derek I knew that !
  4. There's no real difference between a Wings reserve pack job and closure and any other manufacturer's system. Any susbtantial differences are down to the correct bulking of the canopy in the free bag and the closing sequence of the reserve container flaps. The freebag is a little different as it has a split closure. If you don't want to utilize this feature, you can just leave it closed and pack it like any other free bag. The free also contains no velcro, which stops line damage caused by inadvertant contact with hook velcro. The split is useful for dealing with larger reserve sizes, or with reserves with a zero porosity component. Other than that, it has exactly the same function as every other container out there. Pull the silver handle and the process starts.
  5. I see their dark glasses, but I expect that the white sticks and dogs were out of shot......
  6. Check out these stylin' bi-atches. I'm gettin' sprung. http://www.modestapparelchristianclothinglydiaofpurpledressescustomsewing.com/ Extraordinarily Safe For Work, ( unless your company has a zero tolerance policy towards fugly humorless women )
  7. Looks they they copied the Reflex, Mirage and Javelin for the three base designs. Oh well, I suppose imitiation is the sincerest form of flattery. I would imagine that they probably work OK.
  8. I have a 20GB iPod. I can import all my mp3's to it just fine using iTunes as a portal. Works great for me. 1000 songs on it and only 10% full still.
  9. Me. I don't eat anything with a face. No dairy except a little cheese, and eggs in certain dishes. Not much though.
  10. [reply But I wasn't sure if Scandanavians really wanted to be lumped in with y'all. Well, they did have a bit of a case for saying that they weren't poilitcally, even they were geographically, but then they went and joined the European Union, which rather gave it all away really. If you want to see really reluctant Europeans, you need look no further than the good old Brits. We really don't see the point of letting the French and Germans run it all when we won the war etc etc. We should be allowed to drive.
  11. When I had my citizenship interview at the INS office, the agent asked me , "who said , 'Give me Liberty or give me Death' ?". I replied, "You just did" I learned at this point that federal agents don't have much of a sense of humor.
  12. >> Are Scandanavians considered Europeans? Sexxxxxxxxy! Ahhhh, the American education system.... Yes, I think you'll find that Sweden is in Europe, unless they've moved it since I was last there.
  13. If you bring 'em over the East Bay, we can hit up for some martinis
  14. A friend of mine went 12,000 before he had a cutaway on a tandem rig. He's at close to 15,000 now and no sport cutaways.

    MP3 Players

I have a 20GB iPod. It's compact sleek and has can play for two days without repeating a song. I can download all my address book and contacts into it, and I still have room for another 5000 songs. The thing I like about the iPod is that it can integrate into all the other stuff that you have, like wireless connections into your stereo, and network out to to other PC and Macs. Most luxury cars like BMW, Mercedes, Saabs, Alfas etc also offer the Ipod dock as an option.
  17. They should just unhook that fat fuck from the gravy IV that he's clearly attached to and just lock him up so that he doesn't go outside and frighten normal folks. I don't care if he has genuinely got Prader Willi syndrome. Any person who is not comprised solely of ham can work out their calorific intake for the day, weight themselves regularly and look in a mirror. If he hasn't learned to associate the fact that he's a buttertroll with his constant stuffing of his pie hole, then he deserves to be locked up just being and idiot, especially if he's kicking down locked doors to get food. I hope that didn't make me appear heartless......
  18. This is true. The vestigial remains of functioning brains have been found in religious conservatives for example. They were once thought to be fully functional organs at one time in the past, but they withered after being unused for centuries.

    Mac or PC

I'm getting rid of the PC this week for a G5 iMac. After 15 years of dealing with PCs on a daily basis, I've just had enough. I'm tired of the bug ridden software. I'm tired of the security holes you could drive a truck through, and tired of having to spend hours downloading patches and service packs that either don't work, or just require even more patches applied, just to keep a machine running at a basic level. I'm going to a product that works.
  20. Oh, I'm very confident in the fact I can state NEVER to this situation and KNOW it will NEVER happen. Having thrown down that gauntlet to the forum, I suggest that you never get drunk and pass out at a boogie......
  21. Ever hear of Bukkake ? Don't worry, he's from Texas so he's probably used to it.
