I am STILL bummed my 100th came and went and I didn't get pied...after all the "TALK". I made sure to get my buddy when he hit his 100th though and it is just cool...it's tradition...it's part of what makes this kinda sorta fun. AND WHO DOESN"T LIKE A LITTLE ATTENTION?! Now I gotta wait to hit 500 and see if anyone knows me well enough wherever I am, to know I WANT TO GET PIED!

Yup...wish we could have done more...the exit felt very solid. I'll be at Atlanta Skydivin Center this weekend but perhaps we can catch up again soon. Thank again for the jump.........it won't be the last Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

Oh it is not a 2nd rig per say...I had to take the cypress and main from the first one to get this one "workable" but safety first....and the Quasar was not free-fly friendly. But I loved it while I used it - no regrets. BIG HUGS SWEETIE...yur a hottie too! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

WOW...lots of info (and pictures to boot - thanks Drew) and actually the gym machine makes TOTAL sense now that I think about it - cause I used to do it all the time - then was bulking up a bit and chilled. But I know EXACTLY what you are saying about tensing your body when doing it. ALL OF THIS IS GREAT and I thank everyone for your input. I understand each person learns differently but until I understand what it will take to make ME feel headdown - EVERYTHING is appreciated. Can't wait to go to ASC this weekend...new DZ, new rig, new headdown attempts....good fun for sure! Well I just got myself a lovely little USED Javelin (regular not Ody) and it is in MINT condition. I couldn't be happier - for now! I think depending on your finances and plans for downsizing, used can be a good choice. Loved my Quasar that was GIVEN to me but the Jav is SO COMFY.......Javelin J1, Sabre2-150 and PD143R.....Loving it! ok so I'm also a dork and have pics.... That sounds interesting and I might just try it....never can hurt. As for your first comment....I never try and HOLD whatever I think might be headdown when I am solo. I go back and forth so I guess that is something I am doing right. I'll let you know how my first attempt at your suggestion goes....(picture me sitting at my desk, eyes closed, in the "position" and boss walks in) Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...

There is so much to consider when first learning new techniques...I try to ALWAYS think of everyone else who is in the air in or around me at all times. When first learning to SIT I had a TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT call with someone learning headdown. Thank goodness my coach had me in a nice tight train, is all I have to say. Thanks thought...always nice to put those kinda thoughts back in the forefront of the brain......I want to learn and enjoy...not learn and fuck up! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
