    It is a death sentence. Now it may just be semantics but I can not understand how taking someone's life against there will is not cruel. But I am fine with the death penaltybeing used. The ones that get it were not kind and thought full to their victims. So I say bring back the firing squad. It will be quick. That seems to be the sticking point now.     Wow by what you say Quade if 100 so called terroriste(sp) were caught sneaking across the border it would be shut down. But yet we have more people than that coming across everyday unobstructed and it continues day to day. The border is still open your statement is incorrect. That we leave watering stations for ones crossing the desert illegally. We also deport any found sneaking across the border or overstaying visas.     Oh I know the history. I entered the Persian gulf Thanksgiving day 1983. We left march 29th 1984. In between we were protecting the Iraqis oil tankers from Iran. So pretty much with the relationship we had with Saddam we knew what wmd's he had because we had copies of the invoices.     I was waiting for somebody to catch that fact.Last time I checked chemical weapons like mustard gas are designated as wmd's. But people have told us Iraq had no WMD. Did we take these over there after we got rid of Saddam? Handguns are only used to fight your way to a good rifle
