Good to know. We cut people at the 2003 Memorial Day Boogie that hadn't posted. We are going to crush the record in May then. Lot's of good Big Way jumpers out here that don't post. Dom
-
I ment off of his right leg. Looks short enough to be her. Dom
-
Where did you get that from? It looks like the one we just sold out at Sq2. Dom
-
A lot for sure. I was surprised at how many there were as well. Hopefully most of those people will come to the Memorial Day Boogie and we can get a real new record. I am calling no record until some one can show me Craig's screen name and when he ever posted on DZ.com. That is a part of the rules. He has to have posted at least once before the jump to be elegible. Nice jump though. Dom

I think that is BikerBabe docked on the Airspeed member. It looks like Craig. Tall enough to be him. Just don't think he is on DZ.com. Come on guys who is it? Dom
-
Ok here is my question. That is an Airspeed member in the 4 way base. Which one? That helmet gives it away. Do I smell somthing funny? Dom
-
Poo! They only got one point right? We still have the sequential record. As more of you guys start coming to the camps, we will have good chance next Memorial day of getting a real big way record going. You guys get the skills up so we can do some Dz.com 30 way sequential. Dom

New Two Way Skills Camp Dates at Perris Valley Skydiving
dgskydive replied to mj4mjm's topic in Relative Work
Call over to Manifest and ask them the exacte dates. (951 657 3904). TI may even be on the Perris web site. MJ wasn't out at the DZ this weekend. I'll see if I can get him to post again when I see him maybe next weekend. Dom -
Thank You from Aerodyne (or a little part of it)

Happy Holidays Aubrey. Where U at? Aren't you on your way to the left coast today? Stop by Rider and say hello. Dom -
That little gilrs has no fear what so ever. I have seen her standing on the back of bicycles while people are zipping around the dz, just smiling from ear to ear. I guess it is in her genes. Having Eli Thompson as her Dad and Kim as her Mom, she is gonna be a jump bum when she grows up. Dom

I was there that day. Really cool to see little kids to that. They are so good at it. They juust relax and bend it is great. WE see lots of little ones in the Perris tunnel. They did have a Got Kids session at least once a week. Not sure if they are still doing that or not. Dom

Sing Sing. So much fun They have Micro Brewery very easy to get drunk, very hard not to have a good time. Dom

Dave, you seem a bit upset about this. How about marking DZ's that push Tandem prgression? Should we make sure that all newbies coming into the sport be notified by the DZ that pushes such a program that they really don't have to do it? I think that is more of a shame then a sponsored jumper pushing his favorite gear. As long as the sponsored jumper advices them of the correct equipment for there exprience level. That is why they are sponsored in the first place. I sometimes tell people that I am sponsored and sometime not. Depends on the converstaion. Not trying to hide anything at all. It just doesn't fit into every conversation. Dom

You are gonna be in trouble. You posted the wrong age. HAPPY 26th BIRTHDAY KATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dom

CAll the manufaucture and let them know that happened. I know they would love to hear about it if there reps are handing out canopies that people aren't qualified for. Dom -

At least when they go to buy a motorcyle or a car they have already taken a test to demonstrate some sort of ability. Thus the dealers are safe and then the responsibility is in the hands of the buyer. Actually you can buy one without a license, but you can't drive it with out one. Dom -

Your are not wrong at all. But the fact remains that most people aren't that way. Most people seem to trust a bit to much. When someone tells them I have been selling gear for over 20 years and I know what you need, a new jumper will tend to believe them. If a car salesman lies to you about gas milage or screws ya on the price of floor mats that is one thing. But selling a new jumper gear that they just don't belong under or doens't match the rest of there gear is bad on the sport as a whole. I don't want to watch some new jumper die because dealer "X" had something he wanted to get rid of. Dom -
Aubrey does some wingsuit jumps in his. He says it works out just fine! Dom

Report from the from the front. Luigi and Jeb held a dock for 10 seconds or so. Can't wait to see the video. Gotta find J.C. after work! Dom

I think they are. Aerodyne has done a great job with the Pilot. The Sabre2 is also agreat canopy, but I have to agree with most people here, it opens better then the Sabre2. Evelyn's story is not unique. Lot's of people have better landings with the Pilot then they ever got on a Sabre2. Lot's have been diehard PD fans and switched. That has to tell you something, Dom

New Two Way Skills Camp Dates at Perris Valley Skydiving
dgskydive replied to mj4mjm's topic in Relative Work
Just move to Perris. Geez. Dom -
That is the new model. Someone posted it last year. The new model looks sleeker! Dom

Say that again and Skybytch may put her green hat back on and smack ya down! 25 bucks pper jump is actually pretty standard. Some bigger palces will rent it out by the day for around 65 bucks or so. The problem you are going to have is that nobody is going to let you rent a rig and take it off their dropone. Way to many things that could happen. Dom
-
Jeb is out at Perris right now jumping with Luigi. I have heard no talk of them actually trying to land the suit right now or anytime soon. It was mentioned to the reporters and I think they are really using it is a tease to get people to watch. I know one thinf for certain. Jeb isn't a dumb guy. He may be nuts and to all kinds of crazy shit some of us willnever try, but he stupid. He isn't going to just up and try to land a wingsuit. I am sure it is an idea they are throwing around and they are trying to see if the suit can match landing speeds that the 39 gets. Dom
