The big advantages that I see to working with a local dealer rather than an online/mail order dealer on a container order are having them there to do your measurements and being able to look at and touch fabric samples. ------------------------------------------------------------ You must not have an online order form! I recall a post on here from someone that they landed and found that their rapide was open and bent, barely holding the riser in place. ____________________________________________________________ I don't know if it is the guy who posted here but I have seen a guy with a French link on his necklace that was bent like that. Scary! He said as soon as he landed everything fell apart. SUPER SCARY! In reply to THE111. If you are worried about the Slinks being set right, have your rigger tack them down! That way you don't have to worry about anything snagging. In light of what may or may not have happend with Slinks recently I will still use them but I will make sure that they are tacked down. Dom

The order is also based on any penelties they may have had. The distance rounds started this morning. When I left Heath was in the lead with a 350ft swoop. SWEET! The man is on a mission. The guys are averaging 70 MPH just as thy are coming off the water. They have a radar gun set up right at the edge of the water. J.C. was right on Heaths tail for the distance. They didn't call out his distance but from where I was standing you could tell he was very close to Heaths mark. Sonic had a nice run as well but touched his feet down at about the 150-175 foot mark and then kept going, but the distance is judged from where you first touch the ground. There was another cut away this morning as well. They had a few more after I left yesterday as well. There should be some really cool aerial pics somewhere soon. They got a para motor up just as I was leaving. He is flying around at about 400 ft. taking pictures and video. The 4th plane was taking off as I left. I will see what is posted after work and get something up for you guys. Dom

All the competitors are being very professional right now. The first of 3 major parties is going down tonight. I'm sure there will be plenty of shit to report after that. Big ways going on and I'm stuck at work. It wouldn't be so bad if the bosses weren't organizing them. So just coming to work is like having salt rubbed in the wound. At least it has been somewhat busy. Dom
