  1. Shoutgun has it right. Much easier with the second option. There MIGHT be a bus but it will take years to get here using it. It's only a 30 or 45 minute drive from Ontario to Perris. Plus it is right on the way from LAX. Dom
  2. Most have been last summer or late last year. I tried to order on for a customer with a rush a month or so ago and they didn't want to take the rush. They did in all fairness say it would be ready for him since he is coming from overseas. There estimate on that order is 8 weeks. Dom
  3. I'll believe it when I see it. I am waiting on one now that was order well over 16 weeks ago. Dom
  4. I myself am sponsored by three companies at this point. All the way from free stuff to 50% off. I may be biased in my opinion. But we are the ones I think that really get the word out and help folks with the right choices. I can only speak for myself and a few others that I know. Skybytch being one of them. I think the manufactures do a very good job of who they pick for these types of sponorship. I am always careful to tell people what my affiliations are and make sure they now that I will sell them whatever fits there needs the best. If the manufactures pick the right people this shouldn't be a problem. Most of the time they have watched a person for a while and see what they say and how they represent different products before offering them a sponsorship. Dom
  5. Mirage is up to 8 weeks right now. Just got off the phone with them. Jump Shack..... well I won't let my personal feekings get in the way. Dom
  6. Infintiy that's who. If you are looking for a rig in less then 5 weeks check it out! I still am not qouting less then 5 weeks, but we just got one that only took 15 days! That's f---ing fast folks. If you want something new before the weather gets good here check em out! Dom
  7. Delivery is right on time so far. We just started getting them in last week. The canopies (especially the Pilot) are great! I would recommend it to anyone. I wrote a review last year. It's up in the classifieds. Dom

  12. That is why my ass was out of there about 10:00. Three 7&7's and time to go. Raoul and Stuey looked like they were on a mission and I didn't want in on that action on a Monday night. Gotta be careful at the Bombshelter! Dom
  13. They have posted the dates for the big way camp in General Skydiving. May 13th -16th Dom
  14. Hey don't hijack my thread or Fed Ex won't come! Dom
  15. Kate just posted about the Big way Camp in General Skydiving. Who is coming this time? Dom
  16. Hey John. Didn't know you where on here. Tell the family I said hello. Dom
  17. I say yes. I love mine. Comfy under canopy. Back pad and inside of leg pads only. The Parapak in those spots helps keep wear down on the jump suit. Parapak on the whole container looks cool but it tends to burn if you slide in on it. It just looks worse over time and IMHO it doesn't last as long. I am on the side of mini and narrow. Looks cleaner when it is packed. Dom
  18. You looked like you where doing fine when I watched ya! Christy is fun to fly with. Did you see that 4 minute session I did with Scott and Christy? I was so tired at the end I couldn't stand when I got out after that one. We counted the points later.... got to 200 and quit counting. Good stuff
  19. Quote Maybe I'm taking tips from Jonny Mack.Quote Delusions of Granduer! JOHN LEMMING IS way cooler then you! Dom
  20. Bumb and a reminder to contact Christy at the tunnel or me if you want to come to one. The one we did last Monday was GREAT. 12 people plus two coaches for two one hour sessions. 117.00 ended up getting me over 20 minutes and a sore body. The early session was full of the more experienced people so we did a lot of 3 and 4 ways. Thus the huge amount of time for the small amount of money. Chritsy and Eric Gin where there to step in and work one in one with you or come in and give a good solid 3rd or 4th and help folks work on pushing themselves just a bit faster. The smiles on our faces as we did a 4 minute 3 way was great! You could feel the energy going through the tunnel. The second session was made up of some of the less experienced folks and they did one on ones with the coaches. Pretty sure everyone walked away with there money's worth and more. Plus some good training. Come out and give it a try! Dom
  21. My first was a NLE as well. I saw it last year 6 years after I sold it. Still looking nice after about being 9 years old or so. I tried to buy it back from the guy but he wouldn't let it go! Dom
  22. Aubrey, I think you have the right attitude. Listen to the people brother. What do they want? THat is what is going to sell stuff. People want SERVICE, they want HONESTY, they want VALUE and they want SAFETY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE and HONESTY should go with out saying. Make the customer happy. VALUE is preceived differently by everyone. To me it's..........am I getting a product made of the best available materials and the options that I want for a fair price. Weather anyone else sees that price as being to high or not. Some may see it as simply being the cheapest rig out there. SAFETY is key to us all. Yes, there are risks in skydiving! We all take them with a smile........ but. Do your best as a company to insure that you put the time and effort into putting out the safest equipment you can. BYTCH said she thought there shouldn't be limited dealership. I disagree. I think it is better for the customer to have limited dealers. Much better. I will admit there are some inconvienences for the customer. Having to fax order forms and make phone calls. Instead of walking up face to face with some one, but let's face it. The majority of the skydiving community does not even have access to a proper gear store. By keeping the dealers limited and introducing the ASIP program it does away with a lot of potentially pissed off people. By putting ASIP's at the DZ's and making them have recommendations from the DZ's and dealers, it insures as best as possible that knowledgable people will be talking abou the gear and helping them with there purchase. No trunk dealers or shady characters selling used gear as new (it happens!) to newbies. Dom
  23. Don't be highjacking my thread there buddy! Thanks for all your outstanding service this last year! I don't think I had one customer that was pissed off because of something you guys did or didn't do for us or them! I think we can see from this post how important customer service is and it keeps em coming back! VSE ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dom
  24. Well at least one read this thread and took notice. WOW! WE just got our newest confirmation from RWS and they no longer have a "PROMISE DATE" on their confirmations to dealers. They now have expected dates. This may not seem like a lot to most of you but the power of that one word (promise) can make or break a customers faith in the Manufacture. Good on ya RWS! So make sure your dealer is giving you good info and we can make it a little better for us all. That is main reason that I started this post. Most of the time (I said most), the dealer is giving the best info they have. Ask the questions I posted and do the math on your own and you should be ok. If you get it sooner BONUS! Dom
