K i had acl reconstruction about 2 yrs ago for a rugby injury. I foolishly never did physio cos i wanted to get back to sea. However the point is i started jumping may last year for the first time and have had some hard landings and no problems to date touch wood. I have been analysisng my cutaway in ma bbrain that i had a few weeks back. Tha was through about 6-8 line twist i couldnt undo by my hard deck height 2k. I think I may have still had too much forward speed out fo the track when i deployed and the bag was spinning as a result. Dunno if that helps. As it happens MAC i wanst insinuating Hinton would let him FF. I only have 50 odd jumps but I did FS1 out in FL knowing that the home DZ's wont let u try FF without it. What I was getting at however, is that the vibe at Hinton is markedly different to that at Headcorn. I only spent a weekend there but found everyone to be very friendly and helpfull. I feel for him because i woudl never want to be without a sense but, not only was it a stupid thing to do, can you imagine how much of an ass he is gonna feel recounting the story on how he lost his sight in years to come.
