I've taken it 3 times and each time it makes my computer freeze up. Damn Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

You are starting to make yourself look silly. People are starting to question you motives. Your refusal to answer some basic questions put to you could make some to think you might be a troll. I’ll leave that call to others. But it is time to knock off the bull shit. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I jumped through the hoops in 1969/70 to get the first 4 years on the Fire Dept. accepted as an apprenticeship program. The place that gives the training has to develop training plan outlining the course of study, hours on each topic and goals of the course. It took me 7 months running back and forth between the Dept. Training Chief and the VA. But when it was finally approved they paid me back benefits and it lasted 4 years. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

In your profile you list you location as San Diego, your country of origin as Zimbabwe and your home DZ as Deland. You don’t list you jump history or your name. Your posts are in many cases condescending and in most cases long, rambling and wrong. I think you will notice that fewer and fewer people will respond to your posts. As a retired Marine you should know that when it comes to staying alive nothing is “out dated”. It doesn’t matter if you have 500 jumps in a year or 1000 jumps in 10 years. If you are not paying attention to the past you are not learning the things that will keep you alive in the future. You can become the best flyer the sport has ever seen but if you go in because in you rush to win the race you failed to learn some “random fact” you will still be dead. This was posted some years ago and I think it is still valid today. Sparky “Some of the best in the world, Dave Wilds, Tom Piras, Roger Nelson…. They were true Skygods, World Champions – Icons of the sport. They had natural talent, had developed incredible skills and were hugely current. ... And yet the ground offered them no concession for their level of skill or experience. Knowing that your experience and skill will probably never approach their level, try not to be so arrogant as to think for a moment you will be afforded any more consideration.” “The only source of knowledge is experience.” Albert Einstein My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I can't imagine any skydiver freaking about that... + 1 But I still wanna do it anyway. It would seem there is not to much you don't want to do.

I gotta be me. However in my defense, I never knowingly went out with a married woman. They only told me after the fact. OMG... what a slut!! Her, not you!!! Never been around a military base when the division is gone, have ya? Gotta become a damn investigator. Tan lines on the ring finger? Pictures of her and a guy that she claims is her brother/roommate? No job yet has a nice house? Years ago, someone down in Key West told me the Navy guys marry ugly women so no one will want to bone them while they're deployed. I always thought that was mean. When I was in the Navy they were called “WestPac Widows”. We would go down to Chula Vista to the Shit Kick’n bars and drive the diesels around the dance floor. If you were going on a WestPac cruse you leave 5 or 6 pairs of shoes and boots around the house to keep the Marines at bay. They would rather shine shoes the fuck. Sparky Is that what the women were called?? You would have to be there to get the full effect. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

We used cutters in several configurations during testing. And we would always use 2 for the redundant factor. In the 20 years I was involved in testing I can't remember seeing one fail. They were similar to the ones used on AAD’s but were initiated by a timer instead of electrical pulse. http://i397.photobucket.com/albums/pp55/mjosparky/Testing/Cutters.jpg As for putting 2 cutters on an AAD….that is an interesting proposition. But it sure would open a can of worms. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I didn’t say that you don’t know how your gear works. I don’t know you so I can’t very well make that judgment. But there are far too many jumpers that do fit that profile. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I have read a few things on the studies done in Budapest and it really did bring out how much dogs look to people. I think that part of the reason they do this is to placate the human because a happy human means an easy meal ticket. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

Which reminds me of the George Carlin quip: "Flammable, inflammable, and nonflammable. Why are there three?" In reality we only have 2. Sparky in•flam•ma•ble adjective \in-ˈfla-mə-bəl\ : capable of being set on fire and of burning quickly flam•ma•ble adjective \ˈfla-mə-bəl\ : capable of being set on fire and of burning quickly non•flam•ma•ble adjective \-ˈfla-mə-bəl\ : not burning or not burning easily : not easily set on fire My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

I can't imagine any skydiver freaking about that... + 1 But I still wanna do it anyway. Looks like a fun place to get frisky. I duuno, it looks pretty cold. Hhhhhmmm I think I just found 101 places. Can I watch? Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

You might what to re-think your thesis. The more layers of complexity you add to a system the greater the chance of something going wrong. We have too many jumpers now that do not understand how their gear works. Sparky My idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals
