Why not just stroboframe a dbox to your helmet? I know a few people who do and they like the set-up very much. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

OMG, i love wallace & grommet. When visiting London a few years back I just -had- to get some Wallace and Grommet souvenirs! At least a t-shirt and refrigerator magnet!

I hear that Wallace and Grommet are coming to the American Big Screen sometime this year. Feature length film!

Did they get my John Fleming fundraiser for "American Council of the Blind" pictures in this issue?

Lew, Thanks for being up early this morning (late last night) to catch this post. I also second Karen's answer. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Why bicycle shorts should be black - this one's for the ladies!
ltdiver replied to BillyVance's topic in The Bonfire
So, now all that's left is just how to solve the problem of cooking the 'little critters' to death looms before us. Tight short may be nice, but overheating is still a problem. Ice baths? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -
Looking for A license/ CRW coach @ Perris
ltdiver replied to HydroGuy's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Since Vertigo and Basic Research joined forces, they're now called APEX BASE LLC. Marta and Jimmy in Moab and Todd here in Perris. Guess Annie is following other dreams now. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon -
You can't do this from 5k. 1st pic one of the bonus blocks from Rumble seat. I think this is the close of the block. The second pic is from the same jump and below the formation. This was our 11 second round. Actually 17 but take off the 6 seconds for the entire block. I was answering Kallend and his post about the SDC teams doing plain-'ol 10-way (one point) at their Nationals. Rumbleseat is a completely different animal... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I thought yours are taffeta nylon. Slighly different than Soarcoat. Who's your suit manufacturer? Bevsuit. She has 3 fabrics for her camerasuits. Polycotton. Nylon. Supplex. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

I wear 13# of lead. My jumpsuits are nylon zp. I started with 10# but the faster teams topped about 125 mph so I had to upgrade or fly with my wings tucked in the whole way. Yeah, we're similar build. I'm 5' 10" and 185 out the door with weights and gear. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Yes, I know this John. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Ya know...since you came to 'school' and reaped information from a few of the masters here, you'll have to post your pics and let them critique you when you get back from the boogie.

Weights and wings on all my cameraflying jumps. Wings are important on exits and riding the burble with RW. Weights are important to keep me there. I like to have a little more weight than needed so I can use my full wing and ride as close to my 4-way team as necessary to fill the video frame. I use a Sony .6, which equates to a .45 in most any other lens. Zoomed all the way out (long exits need this when you lead a formation out the door). ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Negative. Here is a good explanation by quade in this thread. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Yeah, and probably all before I woke up this morning, huh. I took a gander at PerrisCam but didn't see much activity. WeatherUnderGround also painted a dismal picture. Guess I'll have to consol myself in that my taxes are prepped and my house in clean. Oh...yeah....the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were yummy, too... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

Only know if someone buys it and tests it. The harmonics are what gets in the way of proper performance in freefall. Especially with freeflying. As for if the camera will be available in the U.S. I haven't researched for it, but check on the Sony web page. I'm sure the answer will be there. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
