  1. I understand you can get one for about $300,000.
  2. You described my neighborhood exactly. And, yeah....only about 20 kids came by (if that). Now I have all this freakin' candy and the people at work would kill me if I brought it there for consumption (they are all on diets, you see). Anyone want some candy? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

  7. If I don't get waylayed by a hoard of trick-or-treaters tonight I'll try and post pictures from the weekend. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  8. If it is or isn't, both Travelocity and the AZ lawsuit will have something more to pin on SkyRide. Misrepresentation in either case. Think they're digging themselves a deeper hole? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  9. Not only -just- a L39 Trainer, but "Wild Child" is a World Speed Record Holder as well! ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

  14. Girl, you just never had a teacher in the art of vegetarian cooking. Just like studying law, it might be a challenge but it's sweet when you understand it. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  15. In the original news release check out who the article is published by. Click on the link. (little word, "skydive" in the upper right hand corner). Any insight into who this is? Writer from "The Open Press" or someone else? < Please don't jump to conclusions and start to rant here. Just wanting some insight into who this might be. > edit to add....all the 'published by' links on the PR pages have this same ID. Carry on... ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  16. Yeah! I just got November's Skydiving yesterday. Craig O'Brien's JFTC completion is on that cover, with Paul Quade's in life size living color in the article. Nice to see Norman Kent has his included somewhere, too. Awesome print. Thanks for scanning it. I don't have that Parachutist issue yet. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  17. Just posting the notice so people can see where SkyRide is heading. What they're trying to do with this partnership (should the news release be true) is yet to be revealed. Possible scenarios: SkyRide is trying to: 1) Dig in deeper and fight fire with fire 2) Cover their 'sins' with a reputable and successful company 3) Grow larger and encompass more sports and do the same to them as they did to us or 4) Try and learn good business practices and alter the way they have been doing things in the past, and thus get a favorable and reputable business model going 5) ? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

  19. Note to add here: Just make sure you are as -far- away from the tv screen as you can be. The farther away, the less margin of error. The closer:the greater. ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
  20. -Believe- me, you -don't- want us vegetarians cooking meat for you to eat. We wouldn't know -where- to begin and it would taste really really nasty if we tried. I'm a lifetime vegetarian and choose to remain so for health reasons ( don't get me started. I'm in the medical field and could bury you with information... ) As for someone else's post about vegetarians having no energy....well, there's someone who can vouch for me having -enormous- amounts of energy that never seems to tap out... I tell people who ask me if I eat meat, "If it once had eyes and moved, I don't eat it"....OR....my other favorite reply, "I don't eat dead meat!" ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
