I can't remember where...maybe on this webboard, I saw an ad for an attachment that lets you take 360 pictures. Or maybe one of those cool High School class cameras that pans as it shoots (and you could run around the back and be in the pic 2 times...remember!!!). If you mounted that so it panned vertically instead of Horz.... I'm thinking more along those lines than a collection of pics.

Very close to the begining. Think it was right after the first commercial break. Picked his daughter(?) up at school(?). She asks "Where are we going?". He says "Honestly, I don't know." flash to the plane, jump, bit of freefall, landing. Some dude says to the daughter(who looks quite nice in a bikini) "That your Dad?" As much as murphy loves skydivng, here is a possible situatin for you, and another reason that I really hope to be able to stick to the no friends below 2 rule. I chase my buddy low (knocked out), and since all of my rigs have Cypres, at about 750ft. I get snatched.... Being a pretty good skydiver and AFF I, I would hope that I would be pretty close (maybe even docked?) by that alt.... My DZ is pretty close to the Eloy boogie numbers of over % 80Cypres.... So now there is a real good chance that we are going to have a canopy collision, or other nastyness that can occur from 2 people openning real close to each other. Murphy says both of us will die. If I would have dumped my main at 2... I'd live, and cypres would have done all it could have done (and as much or more than I could have done) for my friend. No friends below two. It's hard....it's mean....and u are going to want to break the rule.....but FORCE yourself to accept it, and don't let murphy skydive with u. (of Murphys law)

As usual, u can't really tell what happend from the reports. But to all the JM's out there, or those who want to become JM's: When I was new in this game I was in a situation where a student didn't pull. It is one of the hardest fucking things to control; that desire, that duty to go in there and save their ass as they fall looking at their knees through 2K. When you brain tells u that you are about to watch someone die. I was lucky, I pulled at 2 and the student (SL 30sec delay) pulled shortly there after. I know as skydivers we are all about love and taking care of each other, but we are also about responsibility. SO FUCK THEM. That's why we have AAD's, jump courses, and waivers. I have NO friends below 2K. May sound harsh, but I know several people who have broken badly by following students low (down plane, low pulls etc.) and people die. No friends below 2 guys. Trust your equipment and AAD's. Don't risk 2 or more lives when u don't have to. Even if you are not a JM....i would offer the same advice. LeFreak

i am having problems logging on from my computer at work. i asked the computer to remember logon, and so when i try to login now, i am asked to re-enter password because time has expired, but i keep getting the oops! error and i can't logon no matter how many times i enter the name and password. any suggestions?

I have several hundred video jumps on my PC5, and I love it! It is a great camera, and weighs less than a pound. Having said that, I wish I had waited a month and gone for the PC9. It is ™ the same size (even uses same D box) and has lots of nice features the PC5 doesn't. As another poster noted, for skydiving the M series Bat is the biggest upgrade. I have the oversized bat on my PC5, and the PC 9 stock bat. lasts just as longg. The MPG feature, and the USB connection is also really nice on the 9. The PC-110 a big camera. Weighs about P again as much as the 9/5 and has lots of things u don't need for jumping (like the flash). Its a good camera, but if you want the most low weight and low profile camera to save your neck........the 100 and 110 series (120 too i think) are much larger. Still small by TRV standards, but bigger than needed.

if you like it more than your stiletto, my guess is that you downsized and or changed to an eliptical wing before you were ready. The sabre2 is a NICE canopy. I've put about 30 jumps on the 107. However, it's still a step below the stiletto in performance. It would make a great first canopy at lower wing loadings, or a nice wing for an experianced jumper at higher loadings if they didn't want all of the zip (and risk) that comes along with an elitical like the stiletto. Great opennings, and long recovery arch (longer lines). Onlly opend "quick" once for me. skies LeFreak

a buddy of mine jumps with one and loves it. The biggest thing about the PC7 is just that its several generations old. Just like the old PC1's and PC10s, great cameras but they haven't been made in several years. The newer models have some really nice new features, but for simple freefall shooting, there is nothing wrong with the pc7 if u can find one in good shape. LeFreak

The jump #s might not be exact, but it was in this order at least.
