    I didn't know. This guy at work knows I skydive and made some jokes about it. Like hey maybe they should have had parachutes and shit like that. I'm usually pretty thick skinned but this was not one of those times.. Of course several other people joined in and have sent some emails in bad taste. I had to let them know how fucked up that was... I feel pretty sick about the whole thing. Ed

    Being very careful here..... Some things are harder accept than others. A person might be able to handle disfigurement from being badly burned. Others may be able to handle an amputation...so on and so forth. I think I'm a pretty accepting person but I know there are a few things I would have a difficult time getting over. Hard to answer a question like this since there are so many variable that could be involved. Of course building that bond without the distraction of appearance take things to another level. Also the comfort level that person has with their own appearance would make a difference. Ok I have no clue how to answer this question. I would have to take it on case by case. Ed

    I thought I saw you sitting in the bombshelter on Sat night rubbing your neck. I thought you might just have been tired. Didn't know you were in an accident. I work for an Insurance company as a Damage analyst for personal auto. Determining values for totaled vehicles is one of my functions. I'm sure you have not had an offer on you vehicle yet as it has only been a few days. If I can help you out in anyway let me know. Mind if I ask what insurance company will be handling your claim? If you give me the VIN I can run an Actual Cash Value based on comparable vehicles in you area and email it to you. That way you'll be able to tell if the insurance company is trying to low ball you. Companies settle total loss values in different ways and the $ range can vary quite a bit. The vehicles you are looking at all hold their values well. On the low side would of course be the civic. Not a bad car but compared to the others it falls short. Ed

    So it looks like she is staring the swooper. She asked me to pick some colors. I just said some bright colors. Should be cool. I gave her a bunch of photos to work off of to create the pattern. I'm really interested to see what she comes up with. Ed
