  1. I'm at work Fly it like you stole it!
  2. Actually put both, cause don't forget just cause someone is 5'6 doesn't mean they have the same length torso as the next 5'6 person they might actually have the torso the same size as someone 5'4 or 5'8. So put the size of the person, that way if it looks like it might fit, the buyer can email the MFGer to find out if it will indeed fit via the harness size.
  3. come visit me!!! Weather up here is great, 90s no humidity and a light wind Fly it like you stole it!
  4. Spankings??? Does phree need spankings?? I have zipties!!! Fly it like you stole it!
  5. ummm...no that is what Derek (hooknswoop)'s kid's forhead would say. And people wonder why I don't want another littl Derek running around...the big one is more than enough. Fly it like you stole it!
  6. Well I just got my vacation approved
  7. ok, who are you??? what planet are you from? You are not the Nathan we know and well ummm...well that we know to post until his fingers fall off. Fly it like you stole it!
  8. You know I think Derek said this once. How can the same product be so tight that it causes bag locks, yet be so loose it causes line dump. I've used both, couldn't tell the difference, other than I haven't had to replace one yet in the last 100 jumps. Fly it like you stole it!

    cypress

hey girl, I think it's normal for it to be hard to turn off. I turned mine off before I left the DZ sunday night and it took quite a few pushes for the little light to come on so I could turn it off. Normally I would have let it turn itself off, but I was going to be driving in the mountians an the last thing I needed was my cypress to arm and maybe fire while I was speeding along. Doubt it would happen, but it was one of those better to be safe than sorry, especially since my pro-track did log a jump cause I forgot to turn it off. Fly it like you stole it!
  10. Well considering at the time I jumped it I was jumping a crossfire1 116 at the same wingloading with none of the above flight characteristics, let's just say the cobalt left ALOT to be desired, which was why I got another crossfire. I just wasn't impressed at all, Eric had a 105 out at Skydive Houston, but pretty much everyone who jumped it warned me that it tended to open hard and if I didn't like the opening of the 120 I wouldn't like the 105. So now I have my little sunshine who opens sweet and flairs like a dream even at 6700ft. btw...I thought you said a cobalt was a great beginner canopy, I'm sorry but I don't find 1.2 a very good beginner wingloading, especially here in Colorado. Fly it like you stole it!
  11. Dude that sooo sucks. Derek was telling me how you were looking sweet under that canopy yesterday. Gotta hate it when stupid shit happens. Kelli
  12. Mmmmm.....couchfreaks...... Check out my web pages from the last 2 years 2000 and 2001. Nothing like watching anti-mike kiss the ass of a chicken or jumperpaula's boobies all over the video. Oh the memories.
  13. There you go bryan, Susan should be healthy by then, and Cyndi learns fast, the key is tell her if she doesn't listen she can't have any beer later, works like a charm. You would definately have the hottest team there
  14. cobalt 120 @ 1.1 vs crossfire2 108 @ 1.2 Cobalt was twichier and had tons more oversteer Crossfire2 had a longer recovery arc Crossfire2 opened softer Crossfire2 had increadable bottom end and slow flight characteristics it just wanted to keep flying forever and was no problem shutting down to a complete stop with nothing more than a step or 2 even crosswind Cobalt stalled abruptly on landing, and to get any plane out and glide on the landing you would have to have done something to induce more speed, which I don't do. Both responsive with harness imput I could pull down the front risers on both (I'm a wuss) Crossfire2 had better glide Basically the Cobalt felt like it was trying to fly me during flight and landed like a square. Crossfire2 makes you feel in control of the canopy and gives you smooth soft landings. On a side note the 1 nitron at my old DZ (I think it was a 135 or 150) on a no wind day just seemed to keep gliding across the ground, and shut down beautifully. I really wanted to demo one but never was able to get a responce from PA. Oh well, my next canopy will be a Crossfire2.
  15. Just always remember you can do everything right and it still can go all wrong.

Ramon....noooo...you were suppose to post the pic of cyndi...you know the one with the hidden camera at the party during the wave.
  19. ummm....does out of town = big ways?, at least that is what I figure he would be doing. So that means I'll be allowed to terrorize the vendors and lisa cause he will probably assume I'm freeflying
  20. hehehe...if you want evil female let me go get TG. Wonder what boogie she is going to this summer?
  21. look out if I show up, Lisa and I are going to have a whole bucket full of zip ties with your name on them. We really just want to make BillVon proud.
  22. ok I'll make it easy on you then and only tie a piece of bacon to your tush.
  23. Well so far so good for hook and I. Yesterday was our 1 year aniversary and we are still going strong. He even figured out a way to get up here one week earlier, so he will now be here in 2 weeks vs. 3.
  24. How about if I strap a T-bone to your butt infront of my dog? I'm sure that will help you figure out what running is again

I start my new schedule this week, I work Wed-Sat now. So the only day I can jump in Sundays or after work at 6 which was why I was trying so hard to fit in at Mile-hi, it's only like 20 min from the office. Will you be jumping sunday? If so and you give a thumbs up on the smoke I may treck down there.
