I don't think you can choose if you get ADD or not... I'm pretty sure its genetic. search the forums, pros/cons of AADs have been discussed to death. MB 3528, RB 1182

coming up to two months without a jump. but look at the brightside, at least we know the weekend looks crappy beforehand. the worst would be going out to the DZ, gearing up, and then watching bad weather roll in. also, not jumping gives you more $$$, sleeping in late, and late nights out drinking without worrying about hangovers during jumping. my guess is whoever wrote those descriptions and took the pictures is a skydiver... but either the auction is really badly worded and done, or its a "fake auction" thing where someone steals the pictures to make it look real. MB 3528, RB 1182

with 20 jumps, you may want to hold off on buying a suit or a helmet yet. Make a few more jumps and decide if you think at RW suit or a freefly suit would be better. In the meantime, rent or borrow a jumpsuit/helmet from the dropzone. Or another option is to buy a cheap general-use helmet and jumpsuit to tide you over till you decide what to get. Such as a protec and a basic student suit (the kind without grippers or booties) p.s. contact the dz you going to and make sure they have jumpsuit/helmets for rent or to borrow. MB 3528, RB 1182

Our school has spring break March 19th -27th. That includes easter weekend. Many jumpers at my DZ are thinking of going somewhere, to either a large, turbine DZ with great weather, or preferably to a boogie. Who knows of easter/spring break boogies? MB 3528, RB 1182

Any of you have those funny attachments you can put on forums? Who has the funniest one? I just saw a few in another thread and I know there are more out there. you do realize that after you wash the uuhh bottom parts last, next time you use the soap on your face first, you getting your face dirty. The only difference is that the soap had time to dry. that just gives the time for the germs to multiply on it. MB 3528, RB 1182

The Cessna DZ Jumper at a Boogie- Usually observed at large DZs, caught staring in awe at turbines. Also found talking to organizers asking about "Big Ways", which to them is anything over 4 people. Favorite plane is "anything with a tailgate". During freefall this species is observed trying to track off early, as "freefall normally doesn't last this long at my DZ" MB 3528, RB 1182
